Car Dealership

We have purchased two vehicles from Vernon Toyota and are very happy with the service we received from Dylan and Broden. Excellent customer service with a relaxed atmosphere. We will continue to shop at Vernon Toyota

We've bought four brand new Hyundai's over the years and one used one. The excellent value and exceptional after sales service keep us loyal customers. Everybody here seems to genuinely like their job, and appreciate that I work hard at mine too. We have referred several friends to this dealership and they consistently come away with the same positive impressions.

Well worth the drive up and back home to Maple Ridge for an excellent deal on an incredibly beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. Low pressure relaxed showroom, and smiles all around.

Sold me a car with countless issues that cost me thousands in repairs. No compensation / sympathy from Subaru.

Why? During riding season do motorcycle shops close on a Monday,

Very helpful and good service, always had what I needed

Super friendly and helpful. We visited 3 other RV places in Kelowna and Winfield and this place just treated us very well. I am 21 years old and the other places didn't really take me seriously and weren't very helpful at all but these guys all worked together to put me into a brand new trailer.

Honest, experienced, efficient and conscientious! Top quality service and parts!

Thank you very much Christine Ellis and Warren Inskip 😊😊 You need a vehicle I highly recommend going to Brady Motors Christine went way beyond in helping me get a vehicle and love it !!!!

While I was initially happy with the 2016 Ford Escape I purchased, used, after 2 months, the brakes started to rub. when I took it in to Kal tire, they scrubbed rocks and rust off the brake mechanisms, something that clearly did not build up in the 2 months since I bought the vehicle. When I contacted Brad about this issue, he initially didn't listen to my complaint, and then told me to send in the bill from Kal tire and he's see what he could do. clearly just placating words, as I have seen no action or follow up for weeks. Their claims that all used vehicles have been refurbished and regularly maintained is clearly false. I won't be buying from Jacobson, or recommending them to anyone anytime soon.

Very friendly staff and really helpful

My wife and I have always loved Kelowna Hyundai. The basic reason is the professional atmosphere. We are expecting a baby in July making that 3 kids and we currently had a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe so we needed an upgrade. So we decided its time to upgrade. Sean Tackaberry took care of us and all our requests, and needs for our new vehicle. He was professional and knew his stuff. I would highly recommend Sean. Thanks to Sean that same day we drove off in a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe XL.

I had a very good experience with Orchard Ford. Found a truck on their site that I was interested in viewing so reached out for more information. Dan Tellier contacted me immediately and we setup a time to test drive the vehicle and have questions answered. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase the vehicle. A couple of days after the test drive I decided to move forward with the purchase. The entire process (including finance) from start to finish was easy, quick, and hassle free.

Wonderful experiences at Lexus. What a beautiful dealership and such friendly staff!

Once again they have done it! (this is our 7th Subaru from Anthony's) Kiley was amazing with his knowledge and presentation of our new WRX, the trade value of our late model Crosstrek was more than fair and the business office was quick and efficient! What more can you ask for? They do an awesome job from start to finish! Jordie Dunsmuir Kelowna

Are you reading these reviews to see if okanagan dodge is the right place to purchase then please read this these guys are amazing.here is my story.the transmission went in vehicle i was driving I started looking around reading reviews visiting dealerships all i got was the usual bull.1 week later my 6 week old grandson suddenly passed away.and I needed to be with my son and his wife who lived three hrs away.No time to shop anymore I picked up the phone and called okanagan dodge.I spoke with Clayton Andres told him what i needed in a vehicle and explained my situation. The guys didnt waste anytime.Travis in finance called me in minutes got my application going while Clayton looked for the right vehicle.By the end of the worst day of my life they delivered me the perfect vehicle with payments that fit my budget. My only regret is i didnt go to them first instead of wasting time other places.maybe i would have gotten to make the trip before to meet my grandson.Thank you Clayton,Travis and Brayden for being there for me and my family when we needed it the most. You guys are truly the best.

I purchased a pre owned Porsche GT3 from Kelowna Mercedes about a week ago and had a great car buying experience. If I could give 10 stars, I would. The car is absolutely amazing and I am very fortunate that I was able to find this car. I would first like to thank Sam the GSM, he is the one who made all this happen. He gave me a great deal and he was super pleasant to deal with. I will definitely be dealing with Sam and his staff in any future Mercedes purchases. I would also highly recommend dealing with Isaac as he was the one who was providing me with all the information on the vehicle. His customer service was so superior that he even made me a video showing me the car I purchased and comparing it to another one I was looking at side by side. I also dealt with Tom who was the Finance Manager regarding the paperwork and financing. He was greatly helpful and was able to answer all the questions I had for him. Tom and Ken (sales manager) both worked really hard on the deal to get the terms and conditions I wanted. Last but not least I would like to thank Keith, the product specialist, for picking us up from the airport. Great customer service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! Thanks guys.
