Car Dealership

Great customer service love my car !!!!

My husband and I had a great salesman (Ryan Grabowski) help us buy our new car. He was patient as I had some worries to work thru. He was professional and once I told him my limit we stayed within it. He was very courteous and pleasant. We did a couple of test drives on the same car to make sure it was the one. The dealership was very friendly and the courtesies were numerous. As we filled out paperwork they did a wash and a full tank of gas. So pleased I went here.

Robbie is the best!!!! He pulled a miracle and replaced my tires for snow tires ahead of a trip in 4 hours. Hes also purchased our latest Land Rover Discovery for the best price. He has also found our company two new Denali trucks for a sweet deal. Rob is an amazing car resource ....from buying a car to service or repairs. Hes the car guy.

Great customer service, both on the phone and the service desk. I was able to book a service within a very specific time window. I appreciate going over what was done and what will need a checking out within a 6 month period.

I had an excellent vehicle shopping experience at Langley Hyundai. I bought a brand new Elantra 2019. Sukhi is very helpful guy and never try to push anything towards you. He guides you in best possible manner and decision is yours after all. I would highly recommend this place.

Thank you for the great service I received from Langley Chrysler this past week. I own a 2016 Dodge Caravan with 76,000 km to date. I started to have some issues with my power door locks. Everytime the doors were locked or unlocked there was a loud buzzing sound coming from the passenger sliding door...and then the sliding door on the driver's side locked permanently- not allowing me to use it at all. I went to Langley Chrysler and explained the issues, knowing I was past warranty due to my mileage. This was the 3rd new vehicle I had purchased from them and I was hopeful that they would stand behind their product...and loyal customers and cover the cost. I was very relieved and grateful when I was assured that they indeed would fix the electrical locking issues at no cost to me . This would have been a very expensive repair for me, and I will certainly continue to go to Langley Chrysler for my next vehicle in the future. Thank you for starting off my New Year on a happy note.

I would like to express my gratitude to JAMIE GALE from the service department for an absolutely outstanding customer service provided to us with regards to my wife’s Ford recent service. Jamie is a super professional with a personal approach. He kept us updated and well informed on each and every step of the vehicle progress at the shop. What he says, it’s exactly what has been done. My wife and I really appreciate all you’ve done for us. Thank you Jamie !!!!

GREAT CARS AND TRUCKS AT A GREAT PRICE. BEST SERVICE IN TOWN

Just bought a car from this dealership a couple days ago. I wasn't sure which car I wanted but eventually decided on a 2015 Audi A4. Steve Ewanuick was really awesome and patient throughout the entire selection and buying process. I would strongly recommend him if you are planning on buying from this dealer. Everything else was smooth and quick. Went Into the dealership at around 4:00 and the car was mine in less than an hour and a half.

Very friendly and quick service. Highly recommended if you’re looking for honesty and reliability

Amanda Monk and Kate Binette were amazing to deal with from start to finish. I had a very unique situation and they did everything in their powers to get me into a new vehicle. There were hiccups along the way but there always are when buying anything. I have been driving my new ride for almost two month and couldn't be happier with it. Thank you again Applewood and your two amazing associates.

The service team at Applewood Kia Langley is awesome! Every time I bring my beautiful Soul in for service they're excellent. Today I'm giving a shout out to Jaime who delivered exceptional service and made my day. Thanks Jaime!

The people at Land Rover Langley were awesome to deal with. Especially Harj, Mellisa and Danny.
