Car Dealership

Got a 2016 Honda Civic! Andrew puts in a lot of effort to help! Great customer service!

On Dec 9th my car would not start. I phoned Ford and they said to bring it in and they would check my battery. Our apartment manager gave me a jump start and I drove over to the Ford dealership. I talked to Terry and he had said that they might not get to my car until the next day, But 2 hours later he phoned to say it was ready. He had my car battery checked and a new one put in. As usual Kelowna Ford and Terry in particular Rock!! They are the BEST!!

They got me in the same day I called to change out my snow tires and fix one of my rims. The people were all kind and it was cheaper compared to there competitors!

Tops for service and support, thank you.

Very happy with the customer service from Avenue Machinery. Would highly recommend Steve Cooper there.

Absolutely the only place I would go again. Quality and service.

Garret and the guys always help me out huge love dealing with the guys down at BDM. Even though I own Yamaha and they deal in Suzuki and Kawasaki dirtbikes they always are super helpful and have me convinced to switch over to team green asap.

The boys at Shuswap xtreme are great. Always very helpful and kind. Awesome staff!

Neglectful, no communication, no accountability I bought my first vehicle at this dealership, a 2019 Sahara. First of all it took an entire day to get this done and once home I wasn't even provided with a copy of any warranty. Most Jeeps have corrosion and I was told this was normal and that the shop on site would be fixing it. After calling and email and not getting any response I finally went in and was provided with a goodwill warranty which I finally asked for in email so I had a record of it. All of my information was taken by the shop, photos as well. One day, after many more ignored called, somehow my information was lost, including photos - and the excuse I was given was that the shop was suddenly under new management so it was impossible to get it sorted out (apparently). I ended up moving back to the island and was asked by the manager in Kelowna to look for someone to do the work. I couldn't get anyone to do the work under the goodwill warranty. Finally I was told I could bring the vehicle to Kelowna and get it done. The

This was an amazing experience! Super friendly and fast service. I was very comfortable waiting on my vehicle and it was washed! Thank you!

Service scheduler squeezed me in on short notice & kept the truck overnight). It had been stolen a few days earlier and the thief still had a key) They picked me up at home and delivered me to the service department when the work was complete. I also received a coupon for a free carwash😊

The staff are willing to help explain and save you money on what needs to be done to your car. They didn't force extra stuff to get done which I was shocked but over all good experience

Fantastic service from the sales department. My sister went in looking for a new car and we were just at Toyota where the salesman was aweful. The salesman took the time to find out exactly what my sister needed and wasn’t pushy at all. Most importantly, we got an amazing deal on a 2019 loaded Accent.
