Car Rental

Service de qualité pour achat de pièces de voitures, entregent et bon suivie.

Very helpful, no problems and return was easy.

Great customer service, there was a mix up with the rental vehicle which had to be returned so it could not be rented - Aamar secured a replacement one (a no charge upgrade actually) quickly. No hassle transaction; I would definitely recommend.

Staff was friendly and efficient.

amazing service! car pickup was fast and the guy served me well, downside the truck wasnt cleaned ..

Bad customer service

Cette entreprise n'existe pas pour de vrai. Pourquoi l'annoncer ??? Un gros zéro. Impossible de les rejoindre ou de louer quoi que ce soit.

I've been renting for years at this Avis location. These guys are fantastic, flexible and very professional is everyone of my visits. Strongly recommended.

Bon service. Retour simple.

We booked a smaller car through Check24, but without being asked or asking for it, we got an SUV because they gave out all the cars in our size already. We only saw that after signing the contract and seeing the car outside waiting for us. Later I saw that they charged me more money than I booked the car for and asked for a refund of the money. I was told that I booked an upgrade and they won't refund me. Ridiculous, given that I didn't even want such a big car and didn't even got to see the car before I signed, but they said because I signed the contract I booked the upgrade . Never again.

Horrible customer service. Price is good.

Great customer service, and allows after hours drop off

Easy pickup and dropoff, clean and well fonctionning cars (exept for the white murano, vibrations on the wheel). The sraff is friendly, especially Abdulla who waited for me after closing. The website is not so clear, so just give a call to avoid any surprises. Will recommand.

Charged me an extra $20 after I left the car and passed their inspection. When I called later, they said thst did not know what the charge was and never refunded me. STAY AWAY!

J'ai utilisé à 2 reprises les services chez Evoto et j'ai eu un service exceptionnel avec un produit tout aussi exceptionnel. Merci beaucoup et j'ai hâte de refaire l'expérience.

Gave this place 3 chances to make up for the bad experience. 1st time: flat tire- had to return to change car. 2nd time: reserved car a month before the long weekend, upon arrival, car wasnt available for myself and other customers, ruined all plans and reservations made. 3rd time: transmission failure abroad, didnt accept changing my car in Toronto 's branch, told me to try to make it back with 3rd gear max, rpm at 6-7 , 1st gear jumps car in a bizarre way, gears between 1-3 randomly go up and down, car temperature goes up so you need to take breaks on the highway every now and then. After arriving, i explain the whole situation again and that it wasnt acceptable, manager said she would check the car and give me a call back and doenst call, but made sure to charge me the km's i exceeded.(250km allowed only) My 7 hours drive back was such an unpleasant trip for my friends and I.

Good rental prices. Annual fee is around $150. One can book extra km packages that further reduce the costs. No fees for gas and receipts for baught fuel get deducted from the invoice. Cars (mosyly yaris but some bigger classes as well) are a bit old though but get maintenance on a regular basis. Unfortunately all except one parking spot are in the Plateau area (1 in Verdun). They have kids and baby seats for extra, too. Staff is very friendly and obliging. With online service.

It's always hassle free and fast, courteous service. Great rates.
