Car Rental

Bad service. I called to go to airport and fare was not as advertised. $5 more than flat rate but I didn't mind. I reminded the driver about flat rate and he agreed. Once we got to the Airport, I offered my credit card and he refused. He said the flat rate doesn't apply to credit cards, I think he was just trying to avoid paying taxes. I ended up giving him cash, but never again will I call them.

Excellent service. Anna was great at getting back to us when we first contacted them for prices for our wedding. She was very patient with us as we figured out what we wanted and needed. We ended up going with the Rolls Royce. They were very reasonable in their price. Other places we contacted wanted $300-$400 more then what we paid at Limo Guy. Anthony was our driver for the day and he was the best! Very polite and accommodating when we wanted to take pictures with the car, he made sure it was in the right spot for the photographer. He also keep us on time (in a polite way). The Rolls Royce is 1950s or 1960s (can't remember what Anthony said) so the car looks, smells and sounds old. It got us from point A to point B with no problems (even though it sounds like it wouldn't). Overall we were very happy with our experience and the service we received.

The customer service person who worked with me on this rental went well beyond the call of duty. We had to keep extending the time remotely due to a health issue and she (Shaniza) was wonderful. I hadn't rented from Alamo in a long time but definitely would again because of her.

As always with National, easy rental process, excellent car, and easy return. Booked a mid-size, but got a nice SUV from Emerald Aisle. On this particular day, National had the best price of any of the major car rental agencies.

Run away! Insurance set me up with a rental. Our Jeep compass that we got was disgusting, had food wrappers, used tissue paper and boogers around the steering wheel. This suv shouldn't have been rented to us. I informed the insurance and the set me up with another company. No apologizes from the manager either.

I was going through some difficult times and needed a car immediately. I rented an SUV 4 months back. It was my first time. I liked the car and overall service.Steven is a very nice person. The lady who helped was also very friendly. Would recommend to everyone.

I was in a car accident and Marc E helped me get into a rental. They were very professional and I would recommend this car rental company. Thank You!

Great staff. Great service

Felix Drewing-Hinz the branch manager was very professional and kind. I dropped off a rental and needed a ride to pick up my own car but the wait for their driver would be about an hr. I was going to walk to get my car since it was only about a 10-15 min walk but we had a bunch of stuff with us and the weather wasn’t great. Felix offered to call us an Uber and he paid for it as well! Very happy with their service and kindness. Recommend anyone looking to rent a car to come to this enterprise location.

I love you enterprise! I slept in through my reservation and they still held my reservation for the hour I was behind. A gentleman picked me up from my sisters house, in the truck I had reserved, and waited patiently outside while I was getting the sleep out of my eyes. Driver was super nice, kind, and polite. Drive felt safe and comfortable except I started to think maybe this truck was too big for what I intended to do over Christmas. He assured me the office would be able to help meet my needs. Someone held my door when I walked in, and Megan greeted me right away. She had everything ready to put me in the premium truck I had rented. However, I asked her if she could change my vehicle since it was a little larger than the truck I am used to driving through the city. I have to say, I am a picky when it comes to cars. I have owned over a hundred cars picky. But, Megan was able to put me in a vehicle that I have rented before and enjoyed in the past, a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. So in the end, thank you Megan and the staff at this enterprise for helping me start my Christmas vacation with happiness. I think other companies could learn from the staff here about what real customer service is. It makes all the difference. Merry Christmas everyone! John
