Car Rental

Provided a free pick up and drop-off service to the auto body shop I was dealing with. Very friendly, efficient and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this location!

Professional and courteous staff. The people there went out of their way to get me up and rolling. Excellent group as I noticed they went above and beyond to help others a large distance away. I wish all people offered this kind of courteous service!

Fast checkout. No hassle

Super service! I was very happy with how I was treated!

The female rep washed our car even though it was relatively clean - she didnt flinch twice when we asked to have it washed. She rocks!!!

Needs customer service improvement. Vehicles should be provided in clean interior condition.

Love this location! These guys work hard and are always friendly and extremely helpful.

Excellent service

Great service and very understanding ! Thank you

Awesome experience overall, and the staff are great to deal with. Highly recommended!!

Worst experience ever. Don't care about customer support. I rented a car with them And left my important folder inside a car. I called them several times. Only response is we will look into it. Call back. Totally irresponsible. And the thing is i contacted them right after dropping of car and several weeks after that. I was so patient during whole time. But now it has reached its limit. If you only care about your business and not customer support then i would never recommend anyone going there.

Great service

Awful experience with this office on Woodlawn. Car I got was disgusting; coffee spilled all over, smelled like someone had it for a long term and chain smoked in it, and had a hygiene problem. Tried to exchange the car and got the run around; promised another car and waited all day, never even got a courtesy call. Returned the car and no apology or acknowledgement that they screwed up. Will never deal with Discount again - and will make sure anyone I know doesn’t as well.

I've rented here 4 to 5 times now. Just rented another car today and dealt with Omair, the Assistant Manager. He was quite helpful and was able to get me a good vehicle.

After having a nightmare experience with PREFERRED CAR RENTALS (which are in the business of scamming people) I was weary to rent a car. However I had a magnificent experience from when I picked my rental to when I returned it to the depot. Very professional, no hidden fees. Will definitely use them again

They truly have the best value and service of any rental company I have ever dealt with

Great friendly service
