Car Rental

The car was great but they pushed insurance on me that I found out later I absolutely did not need. It cost me $150

What a great experience and the customer service Ericka provided was top notch. So easy to rent, price was amazing and the whole process was effortless. Would definitely recommend this location!

Alicia was very helpful!

I recently reserved a cube truck from a local Discount. I called 1 hr before I was to pick it up and they said yes we will have it ready for you when you come in. I walked 20 minutes to get there and the lady said that there was no cube truck available for me as the last one just went in for repairs from an accident from a previous customer. Why would they tell me there was one available when in fact there wasn't. What the hell is the point of reserving a vehicle and then calling ahead of time as they dont seem to know what is going on with their fleet.

The car was in very good conditions. We had an accident and had to rent a car on our insurance. The staff were very friendly and understanding. Superb service!

Fast efficient service. I have visited this location a couple times this month and find the staff engaged and hospitable.

Honestly one of the best service I have ever got, was able to book it easily and the car was clean and in good conditions. They are very nice and friendly and the price was more than fair

5 star for the amazing staff there. Shout out to you all for being so friendly and accommodating!

After hours of contacting and going to several Car rental companies and then getting false advertisement from enterprise I was losing hope and didn’t feel too comfortable about taking a decision to rent out a vehicle.. my wife decided to try one more place and gave budget on Westney a phone call! The gentalman that answered was super proffessional, friendly and accurate. When we got to the shop it only took a few mins to finish the transaction at an amazing price. He was efficient and pleasant to deal with!! We took his business card and will always rent from him when we visit the family in Ontario in the future :)

Great place to rent trucks. Good to see Bristol has opened in Durham Region.

I was scared and helpless when me and my wife involved in our first accident. We never knew what were the procedures to follow. All I did was questioned by officers and signing papers. Estrada car rentals was referred by the tow truck person Scott who was very helpful too. Representative RJ came with a SUV instead of small car. He said that I will be having back pain after the accident and an SUV will be more comfortable to drive than a small car. My insurance company gave settlement offer and told me to drop the car off on the same day. I called Estrada Car rentals and explained my situation. They spoke to the insurance company and had my rental extended for 2 more days. It shows their dedication towards their work and customer satisfaction.

Really friendly, efficient and fast service. The manager there was super helpful and made sure I was satisfied with the service as a customer. Just an overall, smooth easy process. Thank you!

Very friendly accommodating, would definitely rent from here again. Reasonable rates.

Great service.

Very professional and friendly staff. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Everything was clearly explained to me. After returning the rental car, they dropped us home. A must for any kind of auto rental!

Fantastic service, great prices. I definitely recommend renting here.
