Car Rental

I've been renting from Enterprise for years after a bad customer service experience at one of their competitors. The staff at this location are always friendly, helpful, and looking to get the best experience for you. Highly recommended Enterprise and this specific location is definitely top notch. A++

Very good service

Avis was great. Good, helpful and kind staff. Car was clean and in great condition. I'd return here again and again.

Unfortunately im not able to choose no stars as 1 star is one too many. Absolutely horrible experience from walking through the door. Spent over an hour trying to get my vehicle that was pre-booked earlier. They spent more time on the phone than speaking to the 2 customers inside.

Always on time for us and courteous drivers! Highly recommended.

fair price , no hidden fees, friendly service , will call again.

My experience with Maxx 12 passenger van rental , was more than satisfactory. . Pickup and dropping off car process was made easy for me.

Cars are clean and readily available.

Great rates...even better service. Came to the accident scene with a car at 2 am. Picked it up from my house when i was finished with it. With no added fees.. great experience

Most of the car are new car within one year

Good

I was very impressed with the service I received today from Margaret L. She went from point A to B making sure it was an excellent experience. Thanks!

Service was prompt and very courteous. My rental car was clean and had a full tank of gas. By far the best rental car experience I have had!

If you are under 25 with G license, they will ask you to buy mandatory CDW coverage for $20. You can't use your credit card insurance. They don't charge underage fees, which is a plus. If you get into an accident that is your fault, there is $2,500 deducible (with CDW)! There is also a 200KM limit per day ($0.12/km thereafter). The car was also really old (at least 100,000 km driven). I would recommend Avis/Budget over this company because they let you use your credit card insurance. You can waive their underage fee with a Costco card. They have unlimited km/day. No deductibles, even if it's your fault. All their cars are under

Very competitive rate. The minivan I got is very new and comfortable to drive with. The staff are friendly and explain the rental terms clearly.

Employee Chad is externally rude and dishonest , he will constantly change the rental rate on you when I called in the same day within a hour of each call to confirm, he gave me a rate of 27 a day for a compact and within a hour when I called back to book he changed the rate to 40 a day, I would suggest you avoid Chad and ask for other staff
