Great service

Great service. Great cars. Priced right.

Great staff and awesome service, rental truck was in great shape and worked like a charm for our move.

Worst service ever...

Wow, what a quick and painless process. Charm set me up very quickly and was very helpful with my rental. She is very knowledgable and friendly. I will be certain to use Hertz in the future thanks to her help! Charm and the rest of the team at Woodhaven Hertz made the process so care free it was hassle free and enjoyable. Have an awesome weekend! I will see you again soon. Thank you, Ethan Harig

Helpful customer service

Nice people at the counter. Well maintained cars. Prompt service over phone during the rental period. I’ve had to extend my rental duration and it was done in 5 mins.

my compact car overheated on the ambassador bridge and then I had to be pushed through Canadian customs by a nice Canadian lady, the situation and customer experience was salvaged by impeccable customer service on the part of Sam at Enterprise rental office in Windsor Ontario Airport for immediately giving me the keys to an upgraded Kia suv and the good people at Alamo for taking the Ontario car back, with no questions asked and no hidden fees. They were professional and they deal with the complicated situation with regret and politeness and NO BS. I was impressed and happy to walk away unscathed and with a funny story to tell my family and friends. Stuff happens. Sometimes cars overheat. But we live in an imperfect world and sometimes it takes great customer service to get us through the trials of technology and engineering inconveniencing us. Thank you Sam at Enterprise and the friendly and fast Alamo team at Detroit metro airport location. :) happy Memorial Day

Was traveling for my mother’s funeral and the business I was renting a car from was not accommodating. Went to their office and the gentleman there this late evening was extremely pleasant and engaging. In out in about 30 minutes. Car was clean, no issues and upon return dropped car off, was greeted immediately, checked gas and that was it. But really what was impressive the driver to the airport was right there, took our bags and off we went. All of them were very professional. I will use again.
