Countertop and Tiles

I found a tile that I wanted and there were only a few places that had it. I went with Tez tile and was very disappointed in service. I wasted months waiting for my order that they told me they put in and ended up cancelling after wasting my time in the middle of my remodel. Service was horrible with no follow ups with me or on my order.

Really ignorant staff and very over priced. We found slate of equal quality for 1/6 of the price at a different retailer near by.

If you report a problem they don't call you back. To get a faulty shower unit you pay for someone to come out and look at it. Excuse is that plumber should have spotted the missing part. Ended up paying 150 for them to tell us an external part is missing. Whereas other shower we bought had this part provided. Ended up paying plumber for part and install. So paid twice. Got a wall hung bathroom cabinet with glass sink. Sink got chopped twice. Our fault. No idea how it happened. Possibly wife's wedding ring. I mean, really? You spend a grand on a single unit and cannot wear ring when using it. Cannot think of any other reason it could chip. No callback from Porcelanosa not even when complained and said regional manager would call. Pathetic company. All gloss and no substance. Glad we did not pay 30k for new kitchen off them. Please read reviews on other internet sites before using this poor company. They are a tile provider dressed up as a designer kitchen and bathroom place. Tip: Do visit their Solihull branch to steal designer ideas and use them to design a kitchen then go elsewhere and save half the cost and get infinitely more customer service.

Fantastic experience. We were helped by Jessica. She helped us design 3 bathrooms, we encoutnered several issues, as we changed our mind and needed more tiles. She was always there to help and make sure we got the right color etc... couldn't be happier with the product, the quality, the design and the service. Thanks Pete and Dominique

Visited the store this morning - a most unpleasant experience. We were wanting some specialist advice on choosing a new bathroom - a very disinterested sales person who didn’t really want to help. Very patronsing response when we said that we weren’t looking for a boutique style bathroom. Clearly lost interest quickly and suggested we look around by ourselves whilst she hurried off to deal with a new customer who had just arrived. Suffice to say we left the store feeling very uncomfortable and placed a very significant order with a local competitor- a far more pleasant and helpful experience. Much better product range too. Would definitely not recommend - very unsatisfactory.

I found Hyperion Tiles to be very knowledgeable and helpful on my house project. Prices were good and would fully recommend to everyone.

I don't usually leave reviews, but on this occasion I felt I needed to share my experience. The quality of service provided by Bathe & Byond was outstanding! Before we picked Bathe & Beyond, we had visited six other showrooms. Our final decision to purchase our bathroom from Bathe and Byond was made, because not only did they stand out from the rest due to their fabulous showroom (which many others also have). But what stood out for us was the exceptional service from Lee Camp, and the extensive knowledge that he had about the products. Also unlike other stores, we never felt pressured. We sincerely appreciate his efficient, gracious customer services, and the way he conducts business as a whole. Once we placed our order, we had a few teething problems while installing the bathroom Lee was extremely supportive throughout the process. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bathe and Beyond. And employees such as Lee are a big advantage to their organisation.
