While searching for solar we met with several companies for quotes. Not only was Rhode Island Solar Solutions competitively priced, but they were the most knowledgeable when it came to solar. They took the time to explain to me what it was I was buying, and what programs that were available to me through the state and the government. Everyone from the company was great! From the office people to my sales rep Mike Goulart they kept me up to date on my project at all times and answered all my questions. The install crew was great as well very curious and neat. I would highly recommend anyone interested in solar to check them out before making any decisions on solar!!!

We had Rich come out today and do an energy audit. In short, it was awesome. Another company quoted $350 to do a blow test on the door -- they seal the door and turn on an industrial fan to see where air flow is coming into the house and give recommendations on how to more efficiently cool and heat your house. With STI, it was $100 and that included about $60 in light bulbs and energy saving surge protectors. If we didn't want the blow test with infrared reading, the whole thing including the bulbs and surge protectors would have been included. For houses with electric heaters, they will do other things like insulation and whatnot, but this wasn't applicable to our home. Rich was here for 2.5 hours, patiently answering every question two very curious and ignorant people threw at him, and is now preparing a summary with a prioritized list of repairs to make. It turns out that the most efficient thing to do, and it is much cheaper than the other options we were looking at, is to insulate the basement and the attic. Just an awesome experience, I can't believe how much we got for 100 clams, and how cool a guy Rich was. Do this for your home! Living in Richmond, you will very likely be shocked how poorly your house is insulated. The suggestions will run from what to caulk, which caulk to use, all the way to how much you can expect to pay for larger jobs -- he even told us what companies to avoid. Do yourself a favor, get this audit done.

I had my system installed by Freedom Forever, the Mandalorian Team and they were very professional. They showed up on time and managed to install the system without any hassle and in a timely manner. Their crew leader, Zach, walked me through the step after installation and laid out the expectations. I would highly recommend this crew to others interested in getting solar. I can’t wait to see the savings on our electric bill. Thanks!!

We hired IPG to do a ground solar installation. Quote came in at around 15k. We gave the initial 50% deposit to get started. Weeks went by with no work being completed, called numerous times to get them out to get started. They would come and do a bit here and a bit there. I asked if we could pay the remaining balance to speed thing up and we agreed on paying the rest to get things completed. They did get the pole in the ground and panels installed and that was about it before we had to terminate them due to length of time this took and the constant communication on our end to get them back. We have agreed upon reimbursement of 8k to make this right since they didn’t complete the work and have yet to get reimbursed. This guy will take you for your money as he has done this to others. Do yourself some research to see all of the court cases against him before signing on the dotted line.

I highly recommend Chicago Solar Panels & Green Energy for anyone wanting to install solar panels. They were super helpful and knowledgeable about the entire process. Their team was professional and friendly. They provided the best service for our needs and answered all our questions. The installation process was quick and efficient, and the results exceeded our expectations.

The efforts the technicians invested is impressive. They wanted us to understand the concept fully. My area people have started to take solar route now.

I highly recommend 93Energy for Solar. They have amazing staff that took care of all the concerns and questions I had, and the crew did a fabulous job with the installation in a timely manner. It was a great experience working with them.

We recently had SES (Solar Energy Solutions) install a 7.5 KHW Solar panel and back up battery system and are extremely happy with it since the install. Its been up and running for nine months and has been great. I would highly encourage anyone to check this company out. They answered all our questions up front and explained what and how it would work from install to up and running. They weren't pushy either. While we chose a Tesla system they do offer other systems as well. These type companies are hard to find and SES is top notch.
