Jon was able to repair my inverter while I waited. Took less than 2 hts to diagnosed the issue, remove and replace the faulty board. He is very personable.

Update to this 2 star review: I have gotten in touch with SES and to my delight they had already investigated the issue and resolved this to my satisfaction. I spoke to Brian (who was sick last week) and he apologized for not getting back to me sooner. I am upgrading my ratings to 5 stars because the work performed was great and the products are working as they are supposed to work. Also the guy that worked on my RV was very knowledgeable. I will be returning to SES in the summer to finish my solar install.

Eric and I talked to several companies before deciding to work with Solar Power and Light. We felt that the product, price and professionalism of the company put them head and shoulders above the rest. All of the crew were friendly and knowledgeable and the job was completed in a very timely manner. Best of all, when we got our electric bill it was $0.00 and carried a credit! After an extensive search for a small, off grid solar system contractor I fortunately found Rocknoll Energy. Even though they provide large, grid connected systems they came over immediately and quoted a competitively priced installation. Saving me from purchasing a solar kit and attempting an installation myself. Installation was completed within a month even though they were super busy. One of the best electricians I have ever worked with who did the SolArk final hookup with a battery bank. Jim noticed I had a very old steel boiler and last month I got a new stainless steel Crown Royal MP series which allows me to continue using the round logs I harvest mostly from my fallen trees in my woods. After a learning curve I have nearly endless domestic hot water from the domestic water heat exchanger option installed in the top of the boiler. 16 degrees outside last night and 72 in all three zones this morning. I only have to fill it every 12 hours. I enjoy this relationship with a local company that I now have established for my so important electricity and heat requirements. Peace of mind 😀 for an off grid person!

Very professional company right from the extremely knowledgeable salesman to the always pleasant and helpful office staff to the very respectful installers. Everyone I dealt with was wonderful and handled their part of the job with great pride. They were very patient with my many questions, followed through with the job as described and everything went exactly as planned. All details were covered, they secured the permit and placed it in my window first thing the day of installation and the crew cleaned up every little scrap, no debris left behind when they left. The experience could not have been any easier, more convenient or more pleasant. So happy I chose the team at Element Energy Systems!

SES installed a 14 KW system on my house and they did a great job. This is a large system so I received pricing from several of their competitors. Of all of the companies I explored, SES was by far the most professional, courteous, and knowledgeable installer. They completed the job on-time and I have had no problems at all since the installation 6 months ago. I would highly recommend them to anyone exploring going solar.
