Energy

Very helpful staff - asked the questions they needed to and put together a solar package that has been exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend.

Kyros2008, Sorry to see that you have poor information regarding our company. Our employees/installers have been with our company since 2011 to the present. Our customers would disagree with your statement, we have yet to have a complaint regarding our work or performance. We recently had a turnover only in our sales department, however, that is common in that area in any industry. Our customers and employees would agree that we do make a positive impact on the community we serve and will continue to do so as we grow. You should know that we received two awards from B Labs that recognize us as being one of the top 10 in the world for Social Responsibilities and Environmental Impact. We invite you to come visit our company or in the alternative contact us to discuss your concerns

Whatever my home improvement needs are they always have it stocked on the shelf.

Sphere Solar did a fantastic job with the install and customer service. Their team was courteous, thoughtful, and communicative. They were very tidy and even gave my roommate a ride to get her lunch since their truck was blocking her car. We love the app where it shows both the solar production of energy and our household consumption.

Great local hardware store. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Very clean & well organized! Love the new self check out area & holiday displays! Consider a wine bar tasting near the wine & beer area! Felt safe in parking lot.

We were very impressed with the service and support provided by Baseline Solar and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of installing solar panels.

We hired IPG to do a ground solar installation. Quote came in at around 15k. We gave the initial 50% deposit to get started. Weeks went by with no work being completed, called numerous times to get them out to get started. They would come and do a bit here and a bit there. I asked if we could pay the remaining balance to speed thing up and we agreed on paying the rest to get things completed. They did get the pole in the ground and panels installed and that was about it before we had to terminate them due to length of time this took and the constant communication on our end to get them back. We have agreed upon reimbursement of 8k to make this right since they didn’t complete the work and have yet to get reimbursed. This guy will take you for your money as he has done this to others. Do yourself some research to see all of the court cases against him before signing on the dotted line.

Wonderful and extremely easy to work with. Walked us through the entire process from initial questions, to design to final installation. Very prompt with answering questions or concerns that came up along the way. Do to the exceptionally warm late fall, they were able to work our install in 4 months earlier that planned. Highly recommend.

They sent a highly skilled technician to fix our solar panel when we experienced issues with it. He was really approachable and helpful. This whole procedure was incredibly fun for me.
