Bought solar panels and paid off my loan with a home refinance. Panels stopped producing in April of 2022 and like other reviews on here, I had to call them to inform them that my system was not operating when I received high ⚡️bills. Yes, we were given the same BS about never having an electric bill just a connection charge with TEP. Also the same runaround about not having parts and don’t know when they will be in. Escalation team never calls you back and it’s the same old song and dance about why there is no accountability. Maybe it’s time for a class action lawsuit??

I recently purchased a solar panel system from Solar Solutions and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The company was very professional and efficient throughout the process. They answered all of my questions and provided me with a detailed quote that made it easy to understand the costs and benefits of going solar. The installation process was seamless and the technicians were knowledgeable and courteous. They made sure to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions. Since having the system installed, I've noticed a significant reduction in my energy bills and I love knowing that I'm doing my part to help the environment. Solar Energy Consulting did an awesome job with my solar system. As soon as I bought my house I wanted to add solar. The problem is most of the sales guys I talked to couldn't give me details of what they were selling but they wanted to push me into closing the deal. Then I would look at their website and reviews and move on. I wanted a quality system from a company I could trust to care about the customer even after the job was done. Jimmy at Solar Energy Consulting set himself above the others. He took the time to answer all of my questions and did a great job explaining the details of the solar unit and whole process. Best part is he wasn't pushy to close a deal. He actually encouraged me to check out the other guys. After looking at the details it was an easy decision. The installation went smooth and Jimmy kept good communication throughout the process. All of his guys were very professional and everything was within the time and budget set at the beginning. I am already seeing the saving and am very happy with the system and process. I would definitely recommend Solar Energy Consulting to anyone looking for a solar system.

I worked with Freedom Forever on a relatively complicated 18kw system that I fully expected would take a significant amount of time for many reasons. The truth is that any "upgraded" or large installation that involves batteries and ground mounted panels is going to take lots of time. Also, my property is very heavily treed so creativity in design was a must. While there were some stages of the build that were delayed due to Freedom Forever being very busy, most of the delays were due to back ordered Tesla components and necessary re-designs based on "on the ground" challenges that came up as well as a very significant utility infrastructure problem. In the end, however, I have to say that nearly everyone I worked with at Freedom Forever was very professional and competent. In fact, there were two or three people on the team that I would say are actually pretty impressive in terms of going above and beyond to fix challenges and problems. My project ended up many months delayed for the reasons I listed above, but TRUE TO THEIR WORD, they compensated me 100% for the delays. In other words, they made ALL of my monthly solar loan payments until the system was working. One Freedom Forever employee assigned to fixing issues post installation (his name is Casey) literally came to my property and camped out all day long monitoring and investigating a problem I had with my inverters turning off. Turns out he was able to identify the problem as voltage overload from my utility. I had to have my utility fix the problem, which was a little complicated, but once it was fixed I had a fully functional system that is exceeding my expectations in terms of production and storage. I think people find it easier to bash companies on these review sites, but in the end what matters most is not the problems that come up, but the reaction to the problems. We had lots of challenges, but the company never abandoned me and delivered a monster system that looks pretty damn amazing too if I do say so myself. Thanks to everyone at Freedom Forever for going above and beyond.

Third Update* One month and no response. Second update* two weeks and still no response. Update* I emailed Freedom Forever at the email given at the bottom from the "owner" and over a week later I have still not received a response. I think that says all you need to know about this company. Where does one start with reviewing a company that does not hold themselves accountable. I will just start at the beginning. I figured going solar to be a good thing. I was hoping to save some money on my power bill and help with the growing demand for power. Eight months after my solar panels where installed my inverter went out. Not a huge deal but I was never contacted about my inverter not working even though I was told I should have received an email letting me know. Never happened. Then I was told it would take at least a month to get a replacement, well okay. I thought this was kind of a good thing because I was having my house worked on for an addition and needed the panels on the roof removed for the build. My hope was that by the time the inverter came in my build would be completed and they would replace the inverter and put my panels back on the roof so my system would be in working order. NOPE! I guess the call I had made to make sure that was going to happen and was told it was going to happen was total bull. This company holds no accountability for the product they sell and in my opinion I could have done a lot better when it comes to solar companies. My advice, steer clear of this company. You should also know that if you are unhappy with your solar company and would like to get out from under it, that's not going to happen. No refunds, no accountability. I will make sure to tell everyone I possibly can to never use Freedom Forever.

My first solar company I dealt with ripped me off of $12K. When I signed up with Harmon I had many questions all through the process and checking and rechecking. They answered all my questions. The system had one glitch when one relay failed. Harmon fixed it immediately. Nice people. Honest. Reliable. They kept to schedules. After my first experience, I expected the worst. I ended up with the best.

It was very easy to work with Sonoran Solar Power, they explained the best way to get the solar panels and the price was lower than the rest of other similar offers. They are very accessible and cooperative with any questions that you have. I do recommend them very highly.

Will and all the other folks at Newgrid have been great to work with and they go above and beyond. We had them install a 35kw system for our remote ranch. They have completed phase 1 which got us up and going before COVID, now we are looking forward to phase2 completion of the system. We had a great experience with PEP Solar, both solar panels and storage. Everyone at PEP Solar did a great job and was easy to work with, from Bonnie (the owner) to Mike (the foreman) the office staff, and all of the technicians. They have us the best advice on equipment options, and their installation was excellent. They did everything promised, and exceeded expectations.

Choosing a solar installer is a big deal. I read all the reviews for Sierra Vista and Tucson companies, and decided to go with Net Zero. Chad Waites came and did a site evaluation and worked with me on the size of a roof mounted system. In every step of the process, there was a timely reply and a thorough, professional product. Estimates, permits, design, and finally installation and approval were all managed with excellence by the Net Zero team. (I know, I sound like a commercial; but I'm a fussy professional myself who advocates for excellence, and these folks nail every detail. Every person they had to work with, every office, every county official, all said that Net Zero is the best team they ever have the pleasure to work with. Therefore, they deserve the praise!) I heartily endorse this team and encourage you to work with them. Unlike other installers who will take many, many months to get your site running, Net Zero will delight you with their efficiency and timely delivery of every detail. You'll be up and running while the others are still getting permits!

I have really enjoyed the hassle-free pool skimmer and not having to constantly go out and skim my pool with my net. So convenient! Any time that I've had any issues with the (2) units I've had over several years, the customer service has been superb! Most recently, Tina helped out and couldn't have been more communicative and helpful! Love these and the quality customer service that goes with them.

Why do I like shopping at Walmart? 1) The layout is the same wherever I go and thus easy for me to find things 2) The cleanliness and friendliness 3) The ease of getting in and out despite the size 4) I use the self checkouts ALL the time! 5) The ease of Walmart Pay Walmart is my store of choice wherever I'm at in the nation. I know the products are well priced and I can get what I'm looking for easily. Keep expanding! 🙂
