Scott did an excellent job..very professional ..very courteous ..thank you Scott..your an asset to your company.

Brittany is the “go-to” individual on the fluent sales team. She was patient, well-read, available, and able to follow up on every question and concern I had. If she wasn’t familiar with question she had instant access to those that did. It was obvious her work relationships were well connected and only increased my confidence in making the decision to go solar. The process was smooth, and quick. Alex and his team did not disappoint. Thanks for the high standards and professionalism.

New Star Solar is top notch. Not only did they come in with a much better price than 2 other competitors, they educated me on why the equipment they use would be a better fit for my needs. We couldn’t be happier about our decision and would recommend New Star solar to anyone.

I debated on giving a review or not. I wanted to give this company the benefit of doubt. However just like multiple customers have said they just aren’t very good. I had my solar panels installed on November 4 which only took a few hours to complete. At the end one of the technicians had told me that the inverter they installed wasn’t working properly. I figured they would come out and just replace it but a few weeks went by and I got no update. So I called and asked what was going on and was given a ticket number 808146. Again I thought with me making an effort for looking into what was happening something would happen. Once more they let me down. I called back again to ask for an update just to be told they cancelled that ticket since the inverter should be fine as it is brand new. However they submitted another ticket 834780 for it. Again. NOTHING has happened. I got my PTO granted December 5th and still haven’t had solar. I called today Dec 13 asking for an update to be put on hold while she talks with a manager to find out some details and what would you know? The rep came back on the phone to let me know that the inverter that supposedly fine since it was “brand new” needs to be replaced after all. They can’t give me an estimate of when a tech can come out and replace it but thinks it could be done in about 2 weeks. Do yourself a favor and go with solar from someone else. Vivint needs to partner with someone else for solar before they start losing customers

I like to research and therefore I interviewed numerous roof companies, in the end, decided due to already having solar it would be in my best interest to use a roof and solar company. I had Mynt Solar roofing stop in and quote me $33000.00 and financing. My opinion, if you can't afford solar with cash then financially you shouldn't buy it. I had Utah Roofing and Solar come out next and was quoted just under 20000.00. Wow! You will not find anyone more affordable. I had to get Michael to send me a confirmation line item email because I couldn't believe it. Just signed the contract today and will update once everything is done. I gave a 5 star even though the first appointment they were late and other issues with appointments have occurred. Life happens and the excuses were believable. I'll update once everything is done.

They did a good job installing 2000 watts of solar panels on my house and shed.

The staff is always kind and I love that they have several self checkout areas, allowing you to check out quickly. However, you will find the most ignorant people here! Everytime I am in disbelief with how rude customers are, it’s ridiculous! I’d definitely recommend going on a weekday or closer to closing to avoid all the traffic

I can't recommend Redstone Solar enough. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and goes into great detail about the pro's and con's of different system options. I came into solar as an investment in my home and am so glad I chose them. I'm glad I'm they informed me of all the different solar panel makers and who will be around in the future and has a track record for serving their warranties. Can you find someone offering solar for cheaper, probably. Will you be as well informed and know that your panels are made to last with an easy to use warranty if something were to happen... Probably not. Don't risk it. Get an estimate from Redstone and see how much better they are!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I initially signed up for solar panels in Feb, 2021. The sales rep told me the whole process could take up to 6 months but would likely be sooner. During the whole design and permitting process a rep kept in contact and kept me informed which was great! Once the panels were actually installed around the beginning of June, it has been a different story. The panels failed the 1st inspection from my power company. Empire told me that someone would be back with the correct antennae in 2 weeks. Those weeks passed and another few weeks without any communication from the company. I started calling my sales rep and the company for several days. By the following week somebody showed up but then still had to come back a few days later. The required antennae finally gets fixed and a new inspection appt was set up. Weeks later the panels pass inspection...FINALLY! Well, it doesn't end there. The Empire tech tried to turn them on says that he can't due to the wrong microchip or something like that. He said it would take 1-2 weeks. Now we are nearing the end of September and the panels are still not working. I've been paying for them for 3 months, their only customer service number is not functioning and I'm ready to go to the BBB.

Powershift helped me out when my inverter needed to be replaced. They battled with the company to get me the replacement quickly under warranty and were very professional in setting it up. They are also fairly priced. Highly recommend.

Zero star rating!! This company has the worst customer service possible. I bought 6 solar led strings from Costco, and 4 out of the 6 strings don't work. They have defective batteries and this company wouldn't address the issue at all. After almost 3 weeks of waiting I will return everything back to Costco and never buy anything from Sunforce again. Very disappointing
