I am unsure what is with the strange reviews but there is a clerk there who fixed the bent nosebridge of my polarized Ray Ban sunglasses that I purchased from the Sunglass Hut in Bay Centre location. She also fixed the bent frames of an older pair of Ray Ban sunglasses I acquired from the 90s that were in my vehicle (she told me to fetch them as soon as she fixed my first pair). She explained to me she doesn't sell the parts to replace the nosebridge (plastics are disgusting yellowed from decades of use) but kindly suggest I seek out Iris (eyeglass store in the same mall) who may be able to help me. Extraordinary service without any purchase. I felt bad for not buying anything, so least I can do is leave a good review. I will go back to them when I need to buy a new pair. Worked in retail in the past so I value and always return to those who help willingly.

I purchased a pair of glasses here and the entire process was very smooth. The employees were genuine and helpful and the turnaround time for my new glasses was a couple of days. On top of that, my new glasses are really nice. Construction is high quality and style is fantastic.

I had a question about my return order and tried to call the post office and had to go through fifteen minutes of prompts only to be put on hold for another 30 minutes. I called Warby Parker and a real person answered right away and was able to resolve the issue. I will definitely be ordering my glasses from them from now on. Thank you!

I've worn glasses for 30+ yrs now; Glance found me the best frames (and gave the best service) I've ever had. My Mykita's were spendy but I've had them for 4 years and I still get compliments from strangers. Totally worth the money. This is THE place to come if you want quality frames but could use some guidance. I've never used a personal shopper, but I imagine this is what that feels like. Note to self: update your profile pic. Those aren't the frames you're looking for
