Terrible attitude. First off they don't greet you and if you want help you have to go up to them. Only takes you serious if you are interested in high ticket items. NOT COMING BACK EVER.

Every staff member of Della Optique is wonderful! Dr. Chow takes so much care in making sure that you are getting exactly what you need for your new glasses, contact lenses, eye health, etc. I highly recommend Della Optique!

So what prompted me to write this review is that I just received another compliment from a complete stranger on my glasses. This particular frame is one of Monny's own design. I currently have 5 frames from envision, changing them based on occasion and mood, so you know his price point is right where you need it to be. I recommend envision if your tired of the mall store same old same old. Monny has sophisticated artistic taste that will bring out your best look. I often would say to him "ya I don't think I can pull that look off" and at his insistence I would try the frame on and say " ok, never mind, these look fantastic". Conversely , as I gained confidence based on his choices, I would feel emboldened and choose a little wilder frame, and he would look at me and say nnnnnnnno, my point is that you can trust him. So if you want frames in an hour, "ya that'll due", "well I guess I don't look too bad" "oh that's great, I look like everyone else", by all means stay with the mall, but if you want to explore what u would look like when someone sees you with a refined artist's sensibility give this place a try. I learned about him from a buddy of mine whose glasses I love, and now I hope you learn about him through me. Cheers

professional service at a convenient price!

They say Service has gone the way of the Dodo. This isn`t true at eyecity optical on Broadway. Dennis Wong is professional and courteous. He went above and beyond the norm in his service to me. I had to return on2 occasions because I couldn`t see mid-range 0or distance with my new prescription. Dennis was as shocked as I was at my Walmart eye exam results. He tweaked my prescription so I was able to see. He saved me money and he probably saved my eyes. Thank you Dennis. Nancy Bain
