Went in for a quick glasses adjustment and got fast and courteous service. Recommend highly!

Been going to Robson optical for over 10 years.... They have always had the largest inventory and lowest price up front for anything I was looking for. Highly recommended.

Friendly welcome followed by courteous assistance. I was happy with the selection and had extremely efficient service, getting my new glasses before I had to return to the Interior. I found this place via google reviews and I am really glad I did!!

TERRIBLE! It is a terrible optical store. I was interested in a pair of glasses but the color that I like was not available. The sales representative ask me to pay $10 deposit to order one for me to try and he said it is refundable if I do not like the glasses. went back to try it but the color shows on the internet is different than the actual one. I asked for the $10 deposit back but the manager in the store said the sales rep quit the job so they cannot return me the deposit!!? now I know I need to record the conversation if I go to the store for anything. They just do whatever they want to do.

I couldnt find it

I purchased two pairs of glasses and had an issue with the lens when they came in. Jarred and Michelle went out of their way to fix the situation to make sure I was 100% completely satisfied with my purchase. I had purchased two pairs of glasses from Michelle five years earlier and returned solely based on my experience at the time. Thanks again to Jarred, Michelle and Lenscrafters Oakridge Mall.

I lost my Ray bans, and Carlo helped me find a pair to replace the ones I lost. Carlo was super friendly, showed me options, but gave me enough space to make a decision on my own. In the end I just went with the classic wayfarer with polarized lenses.

The opticians are amazing at Roberts and Brown! I walked in feeling super stressed and I left feeling so much better! They looked right at me and knew exactly what would look good on me and gave me their honest opinion! They didn’t try to get me to buy super expensive frames either which was so nice! The opticians were both so kind and helpful in person and on the phone. I’ll definitely be going back for future needs and referring people to them!

Hakim on Broadway was great! The staff were super helpful while I was shopping for glasses- not pushy and very welcoming. I had visited many other places in Vancouver and Hakim had by far the most diverse selection frames with the most down-to-earth staff.

HORRIBLE. More than a year after I got my four pairs of glasses between my spouse and I, they started calling and harassing us for money that "they never got". We've told them over and over that if there was any kind of insurance issue (which our insurer told us there was no issue at all) that is NOT our issue if they are unable to even do paperwork properly. WHO WAITS A YEAR TO NOTICE A PROBLEM!? For all I know, they're crooks. Don't shop here. Ever.

I really like this store. I have a bit of a sunglasses addiction and I found the selection not as big but they have nice stuff and are very helpful. This one is newly discovered and I got some Chanel’s and Jimmy Choo sunglasses for an excellent price. I would definitely go here again if in the area and in need of some more glasses. :)
