I really Like this place. I've been coming here for about 10 years, and the owners are extremely nice people (they always hook it up too). I get what I need, and they make you feel like a rockstar. Pretty much the only thing I shop for offline anymore; will do so here until they close. Highly recommended. Oh yea they also have great products. I'm never disappointed.

Highly recommended. I had accidentally stepped on a new pair of titanium glassses and was in dire need of having them straightened out ASAP. I doubted whether they could be salvaged, but the staff were able to make a temporary fix to my frames at no charge. A few days later, I returned and left the glasses for what I expected would be a full day to more thoroughly straighten my frames. To my surprise, I received a phone call about an hour later to pick up my glasses. They were fixed! Great service, courteous staff.

The team at Eyes Inspire was the best I’ve ever had hands down. I walked in and they were able to find exactly what I wanted in under 20 minutes. When I had an issue with one pair of glasses they exchanged them and provided even more assistance to ensure I was completely happy with my glasses. Jennifer and her team are clearly committed to customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for prescription glasses or sunglasses, great selection and even better customer service.

Came in for an adjustment of frames I bought there before, and found the staff completely unhelpful and not knowledgable. Old staff that I bought the frames from were fantastic, really disappointing this place went so down hill under the new owners.

Galileo Optical is a fabulous place for frames! Their selection is very good as is their friendly service! We have been buying our glasses and sunglasses there for years!!

Went in at 10, glasses ready by noon. VERY helpful and friendly staff. Will go again for sure. I brought in 3 frames and she helped me choose the best fit for it's use. Price wise they cannot be beat since they get business from most of the larger eyeglass retailers.

Right now my reviews is based on the fact that I'm still waiting for my contacts that I payed express shipping for. Ordered them the first week of May and I am still waiting to receive them it's is now june 13th. DO NOT BOTHER CALLING THEM!! Phone always goes right to voicemail which is always full! Emails take 2days for a response. They get one star because they refundede the shipping and One star for being understanding in there emails. I've missed one con and I'm about to miss a 2nd one 😑. Will rewrite this review if the contacts come in before the con this week.

Bottom Line: Shop here if you want to look the best you possibly could in your new glasses. These are the experts and they have almost no limitations on what they can create you. Edit: Dieter surprised me upon arrival to show me not only the style I requested, but also one that he tweaked and made even better. I could not be happier with how my glasses turned out. What truly made this experience 5/5 is that Dieter really listens to feedback and wants to run the best custom business in BC. After discussing this review he has hired someone to take over website, and social platforms from Strozzi's. Original: Lets set the bar straight if you want to look good in your glasses Strozzi's is the place to go. Nothing is off the shelf and everything is bespoke for you,. This at first can be daunting when you are looking at walls of glasses and Dieter hits you with all of the awesome stuff you can do, but once settled in becomes a great experience. After about 15 minutes in store I had honed in on what I wanted and left to think on it as this was a fact finding mission to see where I felt I need to set my budget. When in the car on the way home I read Strozzi's few google reviews and my decision to buy Strozzi was actually reinforced by Dieters response to a 1 star review where he says something along the lines of "this on your first impression and people are going infer a lot about you in that first 3 seconds of meeting". With that being the case, combined with the fact that you have to use these every day why not get something custom for you? And why not look through quality Nikon lenses? Why not five stars well two reasons: 1. I have not placed my order yet (will be happening soon) so this judgement is not fully complete. 2. It would be really nice if these guys had an active social media to get a better sense of what others are doing so that I could draw from their creations. I would love to follow a Strozzi instagram or facebook page that shows me every time a great pair of glasses leaves the store. This could also be a great sales tool for in store to help cut through all of the options. Adding a simple unique #tag for the frame name could mean that you could search the tag for the frame you like and see what all the other people with that frame have created.

I have purchased several pairs of prescription glasses from this establishment. The past pair that I bought, I paid about $1000 for multifocal lenses. They had to be replaced 3 times because the coating became streaky to the point that it blurred my vision especially when night driving. The last set of lenses I got I was upsold to a more expensive lense so that this wouldn't happen again...well it did. I just left from there and was told that the warranty was up so there was nothing they could do. Their warranty is one year, which was May 2017. That was when the original lenses were purchased with the frames. It has been less than a year since I received the last set. Long story short, don't buy glasses here.
