Usually i have a decent interaction with them, but I haven’t used their services in over a year so I’m not sure what happened... The staff is usually nice, there seem to be 1 or 2 new staff right now that are unsure of some things, though. I also looked up the time it closed on Saturday and the website stated 6pm. I came in to work early and missed out dinner due to a tight schedule that day in hopes to pick up my contacts and glasses before the time that was stated as the closing time (I waited almost two weeks for my items, and they didn’t call me when they came in like they said they would which was also super inconvenient because if I was called when they came in I would have had time to pick them up way before they closed) and come to find out they closed well before 6pm. I could have saved myself time & eaten dinner before work if the content about their business hours was correct but it wasn’t. It’s just pretty inconvenient & unprofessional. Spoke with a manager of Sears who wasn’t really sure why the time was incorrect but also didn’t provide me with a resolution. Like I said the staff is fine it’s just the way they handle things that makes it unpleasant to deal with.

BS!!! I went there one year and I got the best service. I had an appt today and I get there and the lady at the counter tells me the computer moved my appt but I have an e-mail that says today at 11:20am. I never got a phone call or anything about changing my appt. Don't they know people have busy lives and I just wasted gas going there and end up having to go back home. You are humans. Take control of technology, don't let it control you.

Dr Webb is great! The staff is super nice, especially Amanda. So far, I've had a great experience with them. My mom loved going there and referred my hubby and I there. Very little wait time, nice atmosphere!

very slow, took 2.5 hours for an eye exam appointment was at 930 didn't see a doctor until 10:00 order glasses through the eye centre and was told 10 days for arrival 20 days later they called to say they were in. Do not answer phone calls next to impossible to reach on the phone.

After sitting down in the chair he asked me why I was here. He then berated me for saying "I need new glasses", and pretty much demanded that I should say "I need a new prescription" instead, before continuing. After that he looked at my old prescription and made a somewhat slanderous comment on the quality of my previous optometrist, saying that she didn't do a good job. We then proceeded with the eye examination, where I felt he was really impatient, which probably lead to an incorrect prescription by him. He noticed the mistake (I watched him review the results and paused for a moment), but did not verbally acknowledge it or try to correct it in any way. According to his prescription, my eyes improved since my previous exam. I'm not usually one to drop the "R" word, but I suspect that he may have treated me this way due to my race, because I don't believe I did anything to deserve this kind of behaviour. To be honest, I've been sitting on this for a few years, so I'm not looking for any compensation or anything, but had I acted, this would be a clear case of negligence. But of course this was just my one time experience with him, and maybe this was just his personality or how he did things. Although I certainly hope nobody else had to go through this kind of treatment from him.
