The staff and doctors are knowledgeable and professional. We continue to come to this location because of the quality of service we receive. The management at the store is always ready to work with you if any problems arise.

Been going there for over 50 years; knew Dennis' Dad - have actually never gone anywhere else - always very professional!

Great and fast service. Came 40 minutes early and they were able to take me in. Fast in and out. Got my glasses way before the schedule completion date.

Dr. Caplan was great! Best experience ever.

Not only is this location friendly, but they take the time out to explain things and give you many options. I never felt rushed, and I felt like they truly cared about my experience. This is the only place I will go for glasses, even though it is a little bit out of my way.

Staff is immediately available to assist you in whatever you need. Their vast array of food items makes it easy to keep your cupboards at home well stocked. They also carry non-food items, however, because I use a walker, I have yet to make it to that side of the store. They have an elevator for people who are not able to use the stairs for times when the downstairs washroom is occupied.

The doctor was very nice and did a good exam however the glasses I ordered were not right the glare was so bad on the frameless lenses I ordered (i paid extra for the no glare) this was only made worse by their lab they ended up scalloped on the bottom when they tryed to buff them to take away the shine. I ended up returning them. I'm done with Lens Crafter one try was enough.

Been going to AMERICA's BEST since 2013, store location #5804, in Roseville, MI. Always positive experience there, happy with my glasses/contact lenses that I order. My original pair of glasses from 2013 are like "work horses" never broke, or stretched out, fall asleep in them watching TV, etc.,still best glasses I've ever purchased, I love them. The eye exam is always thorough. Associate Maria is very kind, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Maria has helped me several times since I've been going there. The office staff is very nice, and got me in for an exam, even without an appointment, and the wait time is not long at all, they get you in swiftly as possible, unless they're busy, you may have to wait a bit, but it's not an excessive wait time. Dr. Kim is very professional, he answers all your questions and concerns you may have, and does thorough eye exam. My follow-up exam was also good. I've been wearing glasses for 50+ years, and always leave satisfied with my eye exams, new glasses and contact's from AMERICA's BEST. I'd say AMERICA's BEST is great compared to other eye center's I've been to, and I've been to MANY over the years, as I've worn glasses since age 10. I would recommend this AMERICA's BEST location to everyone. They are reasonably priced too !! I don't understand all these negative post's I've read here, petty stuff. I've NEVER ever had a bad experience here at this Roseville, MI location. PLUS, they have a great selection of frames to choose from !!

Great experience. Everyone is helpful, friendly, and proffessional. The prices are great, especially for someone without vision insurance like me. I've been going here for years and I won't go anywhere else.

Needed glasses cause my eyes were going crazy on me. Shorepointe Dr. Bernthal had me seeing the sights again in really short order. The people he works with are excellent too.

Let’s get one thing straight. Shelly is completely off her rocker. But she seems to care about her job and gave me some good information about my glasses. Just be prepared for that.

I waited one hour before I was even seen by a tech. I scheduled an appointment far in advence and i was on time. Maybe it was because it was the end of the day but I will not be returning.

***BUYERS BEWARE*** Yesterday I went to this location and couldn't believe how I was treated. It's not even worth the one star. When I walked in their were two people working, an older male and female. He asked what brought me, I stated that I was just browsing. Next, he asked do you know what insurance plan that you have, I stated SVP. He replies are you sure and I replied yes, my insurance gave me this location as one of the places that accepted my insurance. He continues on to tell me how they don't accept state insurance and how I needed to be sure....At this point I was completely offended and refused to purchase anything from this company. I don't know what his problem, but I couldn't help the feeling that I was being treated that way because of my ethnicity. However, this is absolutely no excuse for someone to be treated this way. So please do yourself a favor and think twice before coming to this location or better yet find another company that would be more than happy to assist you.
