Mike Dinapoli is my gf's landlord.... What a cheapskate. She waits and waits for something to get fixed because Mike won't hire a professional plumber, etc. Mike eventually gets his friends - who may be unemployed - to stop in and fix the problem. The toilet has been broken for over a week, and the sink has been dripping since January.

This place and its staff are amazing. I felt very comfortable. My time was respected, I didn't have to wait long and I didn't feel pressured to buy things I did not need. I was in and out and I would HIGHLY recommend you go here to take care of your eyes! Thanks for everything I had a great time!

I very highly recommend. Dr Teunis took the time to correct previous optometrist's mistakes to give me a prescription that truly corrected my vision. I'll be taking all my kids to Dr Tenuis when they are old enough to get evaluated, and if I ever move out of the area I'll make the drive so I can continue working with him.

Bad service

In terms of overall service and efficiency, I got to give top marks here. Had an appointment late Saturday, was able to find a nice fitting frame, and got some feedback from the staff on different options. Made my selection, and everything else was done online. One thing that I did prior to coming here, that probably expedited the process, was that I had a prescription from an eye exam I had taken at an optician closer to home. So as opposed to waiting for another appointment, I had what I needed for the quickest possible turnaround time. I was advised in store that it would take about 10-12 business days. To my surprise, it was only five. Measured my PD online (also got quick response time when I had to retake my photos to measure it) and finished that up Monday, and got the shipping confirmation Friday. Glasses came in today, with a nice case and microfiber cleaning cloth. Everything checks out, glasses are nice, lenses are perfect, and all for about half of what I was going to spend at another optician. So, 195$ for prespection lenses, shipped to my door, with a case and cleaning cloth. Great value. I'll see how these hold up in the coming months, but overall, the experience definitely warrants a future look here, should I need another pair.

Lorsqu’on appelle, on ne répond pas avec le nom de la compagnie, on se demande même si on est au bon endroit. La dame qui a répondu est expéditive et semble vouloir raccrocher vite, elle répète sans cesse qu’il faut un rendez-vous. Impression de déranger... Aucune possibilité de se rendre sur place sans rendez-vous, nous étions déjà rendus et on n’a pas voulu nous prendre. La lunetterie est dans une maison privée... sur Internet, on donne 2 adresses et / 2 numéros de téléphone dont un(e) n’est plus valide. Bref, je ne suis pas impressionnée et ils ont perdu 2 clients qui désiraient passer plusieurs commandes.
