My father had just lost his job and my mother went in to get glasses before the insurance went out. She was visibly having a hard time. Their employee Jessica was the kindest and most helpful person I've seen. She sat down with us and found discounts for us so we could afford the glasses for our family. She spent more time with us than most people would want and didn't bat an eye about it. I hope they let her know how crucial her kindness was to us. They made me a customer for life.
