Found a pair of sunglasses that I really liked. Unfortunately they had a tiny scratch on them. The employee told me that they unfortunately couldn’t sell damaged goods. Oh well. My loss. Went back the following week to see if they happened to have a new pair of the ones I wanted.... turns out the same pair of sunglasses were still on the shelf! I guess it may have been oversight on their part? Let’s go with that theory. Called the store manager a couple of days after that to mention what had happened..... turns out the same glasses were still on the shelf!! Seems that this store doesn’t seem to respect their own policy to not sell damaged sunglasses.

The customer service is outstanding! I had an emergency situation and every person in the office was polite and caring. Dr. Oleinick-Goldstein went above and beyond. This is a place that really cares about their patients! Highly recommend!

I have been a customer for this location for about 10 years now! I have never had any problems with their customer service and their products. Last year, April to be exact, I purchased a pair of Tiffany glasses. Within 5 months, they had been adjusted 3-4 times. Today, I went for another adjustment and the store manager went above and beyond her call of duty! I explained to her how disappointed I had been with the frame and how many times I had gotten them adjusted. She made 1 phone call and I walked out of the store with another pair of glasses!
