Good service

Very unprofessional and rude service. I have never been treated this horribly in any retail store. She accused me of not moving forward to purchase at the time (asking me where my wallet was), the owner did not even want to help me with any frame selection accusing me of window shopping when I told her I was referred here by someone (who clearly was wrong as she came a long time ago). She generally refused to serve or help me in any way and said she was busy (I was the only person in the store at the moment) and was unacceptably shockingly disrespectful to a pleasant eager potential buyer... not sure if she was having a bad week, day, but no one should ever be treated that way. I will never go back there or recommend this service to anyone.

Best in the Biz. So nice and helpful! I would never go anywhere else. Just make sure to schedule appointments a month in advance because they're busy. Which makes sense, since they're the best in the biz.

Macy's doesn't know how to tell time so don't show up till after 10 am

I've been going here for years, and this place is amazing! Jennifer is always super helpful and always helps pick out the perfect frame for me. They're also super great when it comes to figuring out insurance plans, which can sometimes be complicated to deal with.

Total wait time of 1 month before finally receiving my glasses. Poor customer service when you call. They sound like high School students who have no idea what they are doing
