Well let me begin to say that the service and turn around time for getting my new lenses in my flashy new glasses was extremely fast and efficient. The customer service was excellent, Friendly great advice on my new shade of lens and very patient. Note: Always take your time on buying not everyone in customer service is going to connect with your taste or advice, every shop is different so deal with who you feel comfortable with. You only get 1 set of eyes so make it worth while and a pleasant experience. Thanks very much.

Great service but they don't actually take Care Credit like independent locations. They take the Macy's Credit, though.

I really enjoy Diane and the entire staff at Opti-Stock. They provide quality products to eyecare and eyewear professionals at competitive prices. I highly recommend!

I wouldn't go there again poor glass lens and won't do anything about it they say it's the way it is I wouldn't even give them a star I'd give them - 70 stars

Great Place

great place to buy great glasses at great prices. Dr. Bonn makes sure your lenses are the absolute best. He rivals the prices you get at these run of the mill opticians. Would never not get my lenses especially from him.

I had been a client at tri-optical for the last 5 yrs at least. Not anymore unfortunately. At the Somerset location, they took my prescription and told me they would call me back whenever my contacts come in. They never called only for me to find out that their location is temporarily closed. I called their T&T location, and told them exactly what had happened. Michael talked to me in the most aggressive rude manner. I told him I didn’t appreciate how he talked and I would probably take my business somewhere else. He hung up on me without any hesitation. When I called back and asked why he did that, he said “well you said you were taking your business somewhere else”. Avoid Michael. Definitely not going back.

My order was wrong, and when I told her that I wanted the brown w/ gold rims she told me that I specifically didn’t say that. On top of this she charged my little brother an extra $40 for some scratch resistant lense which we also didn’t order. Smh
