Very big variety of glasses and very friendly staff. Helped us on adjusting frames. Chose proper size and balance the frame. Love dthe price range as well. So much affordable and convenient.

I’ve had to replace now two pairs of beautiful RayBans in the span of 8 months, which is a story in itself. But each time I received better service than I could have imagined! Tara (sp?), I believe she is the manager, was incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond my expectations and was the prime reason I drove 30 minutes out of my way, twice, to have her service! I’ll be a returning customer for sure!!

great hours great selection great Staff! the only bummer is inability to easily acquire a cart, and the super long walk to get a green basket. forced to dash and grab whatever you can carry...like a damned Gypsy.

Love love love their clothes. The children clothes are a great value and very fashionable. I like how I dont have to go off budget to my children a part of Jean. When you get things off season the pieces are super cheap. Joe fresh is my first stop when buying kids clothes.

While I was hoping to support a neighborhood-run business, I was very disappointed by my visit to Rosedale Eyecare. I waited for an hour after my appointment time to be seen, and never saw an actual optometrist. The equipment was outdated and in disarray, and the staff was unprofessional, unorganized, and largely unhelpful with my questions. I made this appointment with the intention of receiving a prescription in order to purchase glasses and frames elsewhere. After contacting my insurance company, I learned that this eye care provider billed my insurance company for an exam, glasses, and frames, without my consent. I never picked out or purchases glasses/frames, nor did I specify that I would return to do so (as claimed by the office). This billing practice is not only manipulative and exploitative to patients, it is illegal. I sincerely hope that other patients do not encounter a similar experience. I would not recommend this establishment for eye care and I don't believe that this business should be in operation.

I was having some weird things going on with my eyesight and called to make an appointment. Staff was very attentive, knowledgeable , quick and caring about my eyes and got me in right away. I’ve had problems with my information getting mixed up now and then but overall I’m always happy with my experience at Peral Vision in Waterford.

Vision Plus is an excellent eye care center. Good location and really nice staff attention

Was helped by Rita and David on Tuesday, I let them know I was in a hurry because I had a date that weekend. I chose my frame and they said normally it would be 7-10 business days but they called around to their partner stores and got my lenses in, and they had it coated and ready with the elite package by Friday. Peter pushed the inspection forward since he knew I was in a hurry. Overall awesome service, super friendly and accommodating!
