Everyone here is so welcoming and fantastic! Andrea is always so nice and knowledgable, and Dr. Most always takes the time to make me feel comfortable; I trust them completely with my eye health. This office is so bright, clean, and welcoming. I will never go to another eyecare office. Thank you all for taking such great care of me!

I had the best experience with Berkley Eyewear. I thought I could save money by going to "chain stores" and when I finally checked out this beautiful boutique style store in downtown Berkley, it became clear not only did they have a much better selection of frames and the personal service was amazing, BUT they were also so much cheaper than the chain store for much better quality!!! They also take a lot of insurances and offer incentives to teachers. Would highly recommend!!!

The selection is "spec"tacular and unique. The customer service is superior. The staff always makes me feel welcome and at home.

Good choice in frames with good customer service. You may pay a little bit more, but it's worth it.

They are very professional about their business

A Gem in the Southwest Detroit. One of the very few optical shops in the Metro Detroit area that are authorized Tom Ford resellers. I don't know about the other reviews, but the Team at El Valle have always come through. It's as simple as calling and providing the model number and then picking up the product. If it's not what your looking for, they're very accommodating and will get you in the frames you want. I've yet to have a bad experience! Plus, when your downtown all the time, it's easier then making that trek 15+ miles north.

It was a nice deal for quality glasses. The thing I want to point out here really, is the great service that is so personalized and genuine. They also have a good selection. I highly recommend!

Their commitment to customer service is peerless - I have never felt more valued and better treated as a customer. Both Awni and Cindy are helpful, honest, knowledgeable and professional. When I experienced a crisis with my glasses they were eager to help and quick to remedy the problem. To anyone in need of an eye exam, glasses, contacts, prescription sunglasses, etc. - start here - you won't find anyone better in Ottawa!
