Very professional chad is the guy to see super cool.

My eye exam was fine - the optometrist was nice and good at his job. The interior of the shop is weird and dingy. When I was looking at their selection of glasses, I realized that all of them were straight out of the 80s. Honestly, if you want a good looking pair of glasses, go somewhere else.

Helpful info but expensive

After selecting frames, they ordered the wrong pair and then tried to blame it on me. I was eventually issued a refund after the manager scolded me and refused to accept that I was telling the truth. Would never shop here again because apparently the customer's word means nothing.

Dr. Blakey, simply stated, is the best eye doctor this side of the Mississippi River! She's talented, friendly and has bailed me out of numerous jams that I put myself in with my contacts. I could give Dr. Blakey props all day long! Trust me, she's the best.

Bless y'all! The company in general just makes picking glasses fun and very affordable. As for this specific location, I am so pleased with all of my experiences. Each person is very kind. I picked a tortoise frame that I liked in store, but didn't like the pair I ended up receiving. I went back expecting to return for a refund or exchange for completely different pair (which is also very easy with their 30days hassle free policy). But they gave me ANOTHER option - they brought out different pairs of the tortoise frame I'd chosen and let me pick the pair that I loved and just switched the lenses out. So, so easy. I was so stressed about going back and returning etc etc but they made me feel comfortable with whatever I decided. Additionally, everyone there has great style and taste. So, I trust their opinions on frames...even ended up with an additional pair I wasn't expecting to like lol thanks so much!!

Great place to get name brand glasses at a great price.

sold me bent and twisted frames. refused to give me a full refund. was told since the lenses were cut for the frames therefore I had to pay for the lenses. if the lenses are cut for those frames what I am I suppose to do with them. Also had to pay a restocking fee so those broken frames are going back on a self for the next person to buy.

An excellent grocery superstore store, consistent with others in the Loblaws chain. Sells housewares, Joe Fresh clothing and beer as well.

I got my glasses today, I ordered Saturday and they came extremely fast they look wonderful they feel amazing I can see so that's a perk I love it first time being here first time wearing glasses and everybody was welcoming and everybody was helpful it's a very warm and helpful environment and I'm going to be ordering more glasses I'm very excited and very happy.

Walked in, no appointment, was asked to wait. Before I made it two steps towards the waiting area I was called. Told the woman assisting me what I was looking for, she helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She ran my insurance, put my order together, rang me up, and I was out the door in maybe 30 minutes (if that). I was shocked at how inexpensive name brand glasses with transitions were. I paid at least $150 less than I ever had (although I already had my script so that helped). Couldn’t have been happier with my first experience at Pearle Vision at this location. It won’t be my last, that’s for sure!
