Pack your own stuff is a large minus to me. Pay for bags another large minus. No delivery a massive minus. It's also very big and when your disabled this is not good. Prices are great though. I have however many times run into advertised items not being in the store.

Took my pair of Versace frames in for repair. Two days later received the frames back sloppily soldered together, they don't even fit my on my face a complete joke. Do not come here, save your money and go somewhere else. Poor excuse for a business, absolutely pathetic.

The Dr here is great! Very kind! However....the “manager” is rude and incompetent when I approached about pricing and insurance coverage. Just an ugly and bitter person. She has no business working with the public. Not sure how she is employed there. Walmart should definitely look closer at who they put into these positions. Every other interaction I’ve had there was great. Outstanding Dr. and the lady who helped me look at frames was very nice as well. Unfortunately the “manager” lost the sale and i walked with my prescription.

After doing a tour of a number of metro including the usual suspects Cherry Creek area eyewear shops, I ended up at Classic Creations. I think I went there last, because I knew it was more boutique and likely more expensive. I found several unique and precisely crafted glasses there, but the big value-add here is Ray Ressin, an ABO nationally certified optician, with high professionalism and a delightful personality including a great sense of humor. Ray will actually share some opinions and point out some likely wrong turns re styles for your particular visage. He will take more than a little time to explain options and craft the lenses RX perfectly. I'd recommend without hesitation your including CC in your quest for new eyewear.

Absolutely the best customer service possible. I broke my frames and the nice ladies fixed them with brand new frames on the spot. Took less that 10 minutes but I stayed for 15 minutes talking because they are so nice! Dottie did a great job for me, thanks so much!! Phil H.

Great place. Large big box store said I needed new frames. Took them to eyewear repair and they tightened a screw and sent me on my way. Took less than 5 minutes. Would not even take a tip that I offered them. Both honest and professional!!!! Recommend them highly.
