Flooring

I was really impressed with the quality of service and professionalism displayed by everyone at Top Floors! Our experience with this supplier has been nothing short of exceptional. And floors look great!!!!

Great selection, professional advice from installer, not salesperson. They go out of their way to accomodate your needs and timeframe.

Chose a dark brown carpet to install at my property weeks in advance, then received a phone call from Magic Carpet and Flooring, an hour before they were supposed to install it, that the only carpet they had in stock was a silver carpet. Of course, arrangements were already made, tennat had moved furniture and was ready for the carpet to be installed, so I couldn’t reschedule it. I am now stuck with a dark ugly silver carpet, plus when I called to talk about the issues, Garry, told me that he lost money by installing the carpet that I didn’t want and that he was willing to just rip my carpet out without offering a solution. Highly disappointed.

It was great working with Kim to select our carpet. And the team that installed the carpet was excellent.

We recently had All Nations Floors install hard wood in our home. They did a great job. The installers were friendly and professional. The job was completed on time and looks great. One piece of trim was left out, but a quick call to Josef and an employee was over within the hour to correct the oversight. They care about the quality of their work and their customers' satisfaction.

Great place for all your flooring needs

This was a nightmare. Here we go...They installed the wrong floors (thankfully, we liked it so we told them to continue), they crapped in my toilet and not only didn't flush it but left it open, left cigarette butts in my yard, we found 3 nails in my daughter's nursery (a room that was not even having floors replaced), they left several seams exposed in the flooring, tried to leave without installing the transition pieces from the new floor to the tile in other rooms, broke part of the door frame that we just now noticed, broke one of the transitions, and I kid you not, colored it with a sharpie to try and hide it.....seriously. Thankfully, I caught it before they left and it was replaced. They barely gave any apologies and always had an excuse. How do you excuse trying to deceive somebody who is paying a lot of money for floors by breaking a piece and coloring it in with a sharpie....I am disgusted. Zero professionalism....avoid!!!!!!!!

I have used EA Chapman many times and each time I have been satisfied with the pricing and install team. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Thanks for all the opportunities!!!
