Love this company! Everyone was so helpful from start to finish. I scheduled to have carpet done through Lowe's... BIG MISTAKE but I agreed to go forward with measurement scheduled by Lowe's and fingured I could just write down the total of carpet I needed and go with a different company but when Lowe's sent Emerald Installation it totally changed my mind. Their Rep. Byron was pleasant, helpful and so informative. He worked had to make sure my difficult carpet job would be done on time along with all the office staff. With us moving during the holidays they have been the one thing that went smoothly and I appreciate that. Lori, Rochelle and all the office staff are so great. The carpet installers were fast and do great work. Will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them all your flooring needs.

He never came back to my house and never called. I stopped by his shop in Belfair, Wa to ask him when he was going to come by, I noticed that his shop was closed. I thought that he had gone out of business. I just saw that he only moved his shop to Port Orchard. Beware of this man. He took me for a lot of money for a very poor job. I cannot even get another shop to fix the damage that he did. I would have to rip it all up and start completely over. I feel robbed. Beware of this man and his business. Description of work: The owner installed carpet and linoleum in my entire house. I wanted the carpet all in one piece throughout the house. It was too much for him to handle alone and he said if I allowed him to cut out pieces to the bedrooms that I would never see the cut marks. I was stupid and said ok. He made the cuts in the hallway rather than in the door jams and although it took awhile, you can certainly see them now. There is also a bump under the carpet as if he layed it down with an object on the floor and just covered it up. I purchased a linoleum that was a floating floor. He told me that it did not have to be tacked down. I believed him as he was the professional. As soon as winter came on, I turned on the forced air heater and the entire floating floor raised up. I called him and he told me to duct tape the floating floor to the floor at the heater ducts and that he would come out. He didn't. The floor started to bubble in the center of the kitchen. I called him and he said the floor had settled and to cut some away from the wall so it had room to breath. I did, but it did not fix the problem. I called him again and he said he would be out. I could not get him to give me a date. I realized that he was only wasting time because when I stopped by his shop, he said I was out of warranty, but he would be a nice guy and come out in the next couple of weeks.

Always friendly always attentive to my needs

After weeks of calling and emailing them I was finally able to talk to someone in their office. She was very polite and assured me that I would be taken care of immediately. She said I would receive a call and set up an appointment for Monday. She told me to call back Monday if I did not hear from them, guess what, I had to call back. She told me I would receive a call that evening and they would schedule the appointment. They never called. I emailed them, they never responded. Really. It's too bad because it's a family business and I really liked them when they came out for the first job bid.

Great and quality service. A very trustworthy owner. Very satisfied of their service. They refinished our flooring which was previously bulging and gaps expanding from leaks coming from refrigerator. Worth the price we paid.
