Never again. Many problems between work quality and sketchy crew and poor communication. They did reimburse me for cigarette burn in my outdoor carpet.Due to poor communication never received my shelves and now it is too late. They left a filthy mess on walls and it took someone else coming out almost 2 hours to clean off grout.Had leaking tub spout because they did not place correct tape around it.Luckily my house is raised so I was able to notice leak. Hopefully they will reimburse me for this.
They did reimburse and make good on the problems

We purchased all of our flooring and window coverings for our new home from Jeff and Janet. They were great to work with showing us many affordable options. We went back to them for an outdoor patio cover for the same reasons.

Jerry assisted us in the selection of tile flooring for our bathroom. Their installer "Will", did an outstanding job on the install. I am quite particular and have had lots of similar work done over the years. Lines are straight, tiles are at the same height all around, cuts and spacing are all very consistent. I am confident in saying that his work was as good as any I have had done. A great experience overall.

I have been an employee of Home Depot in the past. I am blown away by the lack of customer service in this store . I know that my review will not affect their stock but maybe I can save some from the aggravation I experienced . Wanted Home Depot to install flooring and they could not even get it right .Tim, the store manager was no help until he had to. Home Depot culture has changed for the worse. Save yourself the aggravation and hire a competent contractor to do your work .I will Never shop at this store again. I will tell all I know not to shop Home Depot starting NOW. Shameful, removing from my resume. EMBARRASSING .

Horrible service - promised delivery day came and went - no calls from them - no updates - new promised delivery date came and went - after call from me they realized the flooring I ordered was there after all - they couldn't have cared less - take your hard -earned dollars and business somewhere else - this lot doesn't deserve it.
