Flooring

Staff were very helpful in getting my wood picked out and helping me load it into my truck. The quality was better than other place I checked and the price was lower.

Convenient location, lots of products but if they don't have the brand you want Lowe's is close by - just to the West on Florence Blvd (and on the same side of the street)

Great work performance and timeliness. Specializing in all areas of tile work in particular large floors and showers as well as all other flooring!

Very Friendly, Very Fair pricing, go ouy of there way to help. Love them.

I would prefer to rate this company negative. So I Made an appointment and waited for them to do the accessment but they never showed up. When I called them they gave a lame excuse that they couldn't find my address. Aren't you supposed to call if you have issue finding the address? It was a freaking lie. Bottom line that they never showed up. The man asked me to text him my address again so I did, but never returned my call. When I called him couple more times but no answer. When I called the woman at the office, she told me that her husband couldn't find my address so got frustrated and left. Where did he leave from? He told me that he couldn't even find my address. Lied again. I'm grateful it actually started like this. So I didn't need to deal with them more down the line. Shady people. Stay away!

Jeff did an excellent job and our floors look amazing!! Reasonable prices, great craftsmanship, attention to detail and goes the extra mile. Would recommend and will definately use them/him again.

Quit asking me about my visits to Lowe's. Take me off your list.

Got sceen fix it electric 50 foot cord. One stop shopping.

Usually has anything I need and competitive prices against e-commerce.

I love this store much better than lowes and other ones

I truly received great service and all my questions were answered.

I encountered the owner of this company on Facebook and found him to be rude and racist. In my opinion, people who would be interested in contracting this man for work should be made aware of the views held by its owner.

Went to Lowe's to buy a chemical for pool. Could not find same. Found a employee stocking and ask if he nowhere this particular chemical was and what other chemicals in the pool area. We went to the swimming pool chemical area and sure enough he found exactly what I was looking for although it wasn't under the name I was calling it. Great job of giving good customer assistance.

I highly recommend Carefree Floors! The owners and staff are amazing. You can always count on excellent service and products -- from tile cleaning to new installations! They have everything covered, and leave you feeling great about the entire experience!

Clean organized and easy to find what you're looking for. Very helpful staff.
