Spent 15mins on the phone being transfered back and forth to different departments (same people multiple times) and then they HUNG UP. My question was, "Do you have gazebos?" You know, the outdoor cover products. Pretty easy but apparently that was a little difficult. I shop elsewhere when I can. If I go here, I walk in, grab what I need and leave through the self checkout. Management here is lacking or nonexistant. The woman I spoke to was also in a bad mood, all that came out of my mouth was "ok" "no problem I'll hold" and my question.

Outstanding product! The install team did a wicked good job and with a 15 year warranty ( on the product we purchased) we have peace of mind. We have received numerous comments from neighbors and other contractors attesting to the quality and appearance of the floor. I highly recommend this company and product.

They always have what I want, and they have a great return policy too, and the offer you free coffee that's decent. Cannot complain about that, oh, you can order things online and pick up your items too. Sales associates are friendly and helpful

Always a little puzzled when looking for things at Home Depot... But got some seriously great customer service from a dude with a soul patch. Good experience.

They treat you the way you'd expect to be treated in an old country store. I've been to several TSC's and have never been disappointed in either the store, or the people who work there. Great job TSC!

I have had tile and carpet work done for many years in multiple homes. the crews have been exceptional, meticulous and extremely creative. i can't say enough about john marsh either. he is an honest hard-working man and runs a very affordable and reliable business. i have referred him to many friends who have also used him for granite, tile and carpet and they continue to praise him and refer him to others.
