Furniture

This was not our first purchase from location...we live in Sudbury, shopped online then ordered by phone at Barrie location for this purchase. Furniture arrived 3 days later for pick up in Barrie location. Very helpful service And good quality product as described online. Would recommend

I had a wonderful experience at the Barrie store. "Papa James" was my sales associate. I first visited the Newmarket store, as it was local to me, and was interested in purchasing a reclining glider. I was 9 months pregnant at the time, hoping to find a chair for the nursery. I saw 2 chairs I liked, but wanted my husband to see them as well. We went for dinner in Barrie that night, and decided to stop into the Barrie store just to see the chairs. James greeted us immediately, and was very kind in ensuring I was happy. He was focused on the best product for me, not on the price. He wound up recommending the less expensive chair, and made me confident in the decision. Looking back, I would have been very unhappy with the second one I was looking at. We wound up returning to the Barrie store, even though it was much further out of our way, to order the chair. James was again very accommodating. We were very happy with the customer service, and my new daughter loves to rock in our chair. Thank you, James, for the outstanding service.

This really nice lady helped me find a couch. I think she is from Ireland or Scotland. She's rad and the couch is as good as you can get for the money spent.

Treated extremely well by all staff. Very accommodating. We have had to put off having it made as we ran into issues having our house completed. We will continue to buy here.

Great experience. Came in looking for a box spring, staff was helpful, straight to the point and very friendly. I was in the store for less than 10 minutes, looked at two different styles of box spring, then checked out. Staff did not try to push the higher price product at all. All very painless. As a younger person (student), I often don’t get the kind of service that other, more wealthy looking individuals do. That is absolutely not the case here. Never will I ever purchase any furniture from any other store ever again. You have gained a customer for life. Well done. 10/10 would recommend. Prices were good too.

In and out in TEN MINUTES!! Our drive from Timmins to get here was longer then it took for us to find the perfect love seat and sofa set. Awesome experience, thank you Andrew for a quick and painless experience! Worth the drive and we will be back for sure! Highly recommend!

Great customer & sales service. Great financing options. Love their furniture. I wanted a firm couch and couldn't find one, but Leon's had a fantastic firm sectional that I love. When I needed a new bed and a small recliner chair they had what I needed.

Am certainly a fan of the products they carry. Staff at this location went above and beyond to call other locations and track down an item that was out of stock. Made arrangements for it to be sent to a closer location. Very impressed.

Great service and fantastic prices on good quality furniture, will definitely be going back in the future.

Great service

Great styling and place to shop. Zach & Nicole great ambassadors for Structube. Very helpful, personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend their products.

Great selection of office furniture in Barrie.

My husband and I just bought a mattress, and we are very pleased with not only the quality and comfort of the mattress, but also how friendly and knowledgeable the owner was. The mattress was even delivered the same day as it was purchased. We felt confident with the purchase, as the owner went into detail regarding the positive aspects of each mattress we looked at. I would highly recommend this business if you are looking for a good quality Canadian made mattress.

Great staff great owner always something different in store.

The staff we dealt with were amazing. Safana was awesome the store manager was far more than just helpful. I would recommend Ashley Homestore the service was amazing and the product is superior to other furniture we have looked at.
