Furniture

This company is just the best. The staff are friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Very nice people. Looks of good bargains.

Very friendly staff. Pat was incredibly helpful walking me through and helping me get the exact size, shape, and materials I wanted for a custom Chestfield sofa. Expensive furniture but the price matches the quality.

Great store, great selection. Great people to do business with.

These guys are INCREDIBLE!!! The customer service is fantastic and the products are superb. We made a large order with dining room table, sideboard, chairs & captain chairs. Upon deliver we realized that there was an error in what was originally ordered/discussed and finalized on the final bill. Without a question, they immediately reordered knowing that it was important for a very special upcoming occasion to have the replacement. Working in an industry whereby customer service and exceeding expectations is important, admittedly I have HIGH expectations. This is one of the truly rare experiences that a company and it's staff have exceeded my exceptions...it was delightful to experience World Class service and an exceptional product with true craftsmanship. Thank you all!

Great products and great service from guys that value their customers

Makes purchasing easier when you can't afford paying a big price all at once.

Beautiful showroom with high quality furniture. Knowledgeable staff, and many options to customize furniture to meet your preferences. Pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Nice showroom, nice furniture, nice sales people. Not too pushy. Didn’t end up purchasing anything but good experience.

Quality furniture no question about that. Surprisingly lots of modern choices. Sales lady very helpful and no pressure to buy.

I am writing a review for the first time and its a pleasure to write a beautiful review for Jag a Man working with The Brick Kitchener location. Jag he is the person whom I am buying the stuff from the last almost 9 years. He has got tremendous patience to work for the customer satisfaction. If you go to him, you might need to wait for your turn and I am always happy to wait for his assistance. God Bless Jag for his hard work and dedication:)

Good little place to pu things that were ordered online. Mainly kitchens in store but they do have some shelving, dressers, night stands in stock to buy there. They seem to have the more popular beds/chairs/tables on display to look at before ordering. Also have napkins, candles, kids plates/bowls/cups and a couple decor and kitchen stuff to buy there.

Friendly staff, good product selection, competitive prices.

Great quality; Superb service; Excellent responsiveness. We aligned on everything through email and with a few pictures. Gerald recommended solutions for us, and was very knowledgeable. He helped us with deciding on dimensions and had very helpful tips. Everything was as we agreed. Table was built and delivered in the time agreed.

New owners have renovated and rebranded this furniture store. They have kept the character and charm of the old building while opening and brightening it up for better flow. Great selection of a variety of products make this local business worthy of a visit. The new owners have a hands on approach and are delightful to engage in conversation.

Enjoyed looking through the stuff. Not much negotiating though. Didn't end up buying anything. Thought some of it over priced for the condition it was in. I always go back. I've had good luck in past finding what I liked
