Good place to get deals on used furniture for your home !!

Wonderful work! A first class job.

Found the company off of Letgo. Super friendly and prepared delivery men. The couch we ordered is amazing, I definitely recommend them! Had to take the door off to get the couch in & they did it without a problem! If you’re looking for some good furniture this is the spot.

To dot kitchener Eric and staff, Cheers to a job well done!. I want to thank you and give you my sincere appreciation for your quick response to my request regarding the pier bar set. Getting back to me in a timely helpful manner. Taking the time to resolve my enquiry with your head office speaks volumes to the type of employees that work at the Kitchener location. I will not only shop at this location in the future I will also be mentioning to friends, family and anyone else that may ask. Highly recommended, Great customer service, friendly people that love to make their customers happy! Thank you, Tabatha Beauvais © Bell Canada, 2018. All rights reserved.

I was highly impressed with the service I received at Payless Furniture. I was able to see the item I wanted to buy and the salesman completed my transaction quickly and professionally. I opted to pickup the bed, and when I arrived, it was pouring rain. The sales staff had no issues with helping me get it loaded and secured in the rain. The bed itself is beautiful, and I am extremely pleased. The price was great, the staff was wonderful, I will definitely buy from here again!

A bit uneasy to find customer pick up place, but staff at the warehouse were friendly and prompt

Amazing! Establo makes top notch, custom products and it was a real pleasure to do business with their team. Their stuff is durable, functional, long lasting, all Canadian and full of character. A rare gem.

HIGH PRICES, VERY PUSHY SALES PERSON. STAY AWAY FROM TROUBLE.

Super friendly staff and great treasures!

Beautiful furniture and awesome customer service.

The service was great. The guy working (Yuyin was his name I think) gave us such a great deal for a queen sized bed with box spring.

Bought a bedroom set here. Excellent customer service from the owner.

Terrible experience with these people. It is unfortunate how many people they have been able to scam. The best advice I can give is to only shop at a store that have a return policy and allows you to pay with credit card so you can dispute the charges in case there are issues.

Great customer service. I got delivered my furniture on time. I would highly recommend.

Andie was amazing! I walked into the store and said I needed help. I was looking for mid-century modern and Andie knew exactly what would interest me. I told Andie I was moving into a condo, she asked for the floor plan and right away started to plan my furniture layout. In no time we had furniture ordered and it was delivered the day after I moved in. Smuggler’s delivery team was exceptional as well, very professional and personable.

This is a family run furniture store that is one among the best in town. Here you can find almost all your household furniture with wide range choices, colors and styles. Beside the customer service is good the owners tend to give you discount that is not most common in similar stores and provides you with free delivery service, as planned .

I bought a golden stained maple andrews desk from C&G in 2017. It arrived on time and looks nice, but with finer inspection the quality seemed to be lacking in the drawers, namely in the middle drawer, the largest one. First the drawer did not close properly. This was due to misaligned ball bearing tracks. 5 mins with a screw driver fixed that. Second was that the drawer scrapped along the metal bracket holding the track in place, 10 minutes with a metal file fixed that. Third the dove tail joints are poorly made. Some are cracked, other just are just misaligned creating gaps in the drawer. I'm unable to fix this and I question how long term it will be able to hold up. Fourth, the drawers don't properly align to the desk. Some stick out, some are recessed, some are both. But overall, it's a quality desk. I understand that there will be misalignment here and there due to the nature of wood. I did receive a coffee table and end table from them, and they appear in fine condition. So I'll rate my experience 3/5 stars. Uploaded pictures to show the issues.

Bought two couches, and a dining table from Leon's recently. Tim was a great salesperson, he was knowledgeable, and helped me get the best possible price. Delivery was smooth, and delivery guys clearly knew what they were doing. Delivery lasted under 10 minutes. Great service all around. Would definitely shop here again.

Over priced.
