Ordered appliances to get delivered to my dad's house..still waiting for them to be delivered. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone after this experience.

Alright, although over the life of the term / lease, it can get quite expensive. Happy go lucky staff who are not that pushy makes this place very pleasant to walk around in and possibly lease an item or two that you in your situation now can not buy but can if you pay by the week, bi-monthy, or even by the month. First off I want to point out that the lady who served me was Kendra and she was nothing but fantastic, courtesy and gave me great customer service. Just having that I went into a different store and when I came out I saw that the brick was having this huge sale and I was still in need of a dining set and I also want to get office furniture. Spent a good hour with the sales rep, got what I wanted and paid it and unfortunately they couldn't have the desk Furniture delivered until September 12th and the remaining stuff like dining room set and chairs until sometime in October. On the day of delivery you're supposed to be able to login to see where the truck is and what number you are, however I couldn't log in I followed the steps that my sales rep said to do so I call the customer service and it happened I mistakenly just put a | instead of a I, however this still wasn't working so I called back again asked for information again and the girl said well that's it so it should work so I said okay and I hung up the phone and I tried a good three or four times so call back again and got this lady who is rude from the moment she answered. I gave her the invoice number and she says well you need to add an A at the end of it because it was a split delivery I said oh I didn't know that because I'm following the steps that I was told to do by the sales rep and I suggested that maybe they could tell the sales rep so they could add it on the invoice so customers would know and the girl was quite rude and said to me will what don't you understand can't you comprehend and I said comprehend that there should be the A? And she said yes and at that moment I just said forget it don't even deliver it cancel the other stuff and I'll go somewhere else for my business. She did not care she said fine and hung up the phone on me. At around 6:37 p.m. that same night I got a call just asking for my Visa so they can return the purchase. When I called back I asked to speak to the manager first and got attitude they want to know who it was and the reason and I just said I'd just like to speak to them and it up by sweet to a guy named Jim explain it to him he said I was the first person ever to bring this to his attention and would deal with it. He didn't try whatsoever to keep me as a customer didn't say what can we do to make this a better experience and I was still willing to have the stuff that I had purchased to be delivered they could have delivered it all together in October when the other stuff came in or make another date considering the customers paying for delivery anyways nothing was offered so just gave my Visa number and I ended. I felt bad that the sales rep lost out on the commission even though it was only just over $2,000 but still.

Great store with great furniture and selection. Also the bargain annex area of the store has amazing deals on clearance items and scratch and dent items. They deliver to a large distance outside of the city as well and have a 0% interest credit plan

I had the pleasure of having Kirk show me around the store. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. My apartment is nearly fully furnished from Leon's and I would highly recommend this location to any who desire a quality product and excellent costumer service.

I've never encountered a store manager, Dylan and staff that are this outstanding! They go more than the extra mile!!! The furniture and the prices are great too. While I was there, I spoke to another customer. He and his wife had checked out "sales", at other stores. They had returned and ended up furnishing their whole house from here. I highly suggest this store to everyone. My appreciation, of the treatment I received here is limitless. Much thanks!!!

Recently moved to Windsor from north of Toronto. I needed a sofa sleeper for extra guests and started to look around on-line. Not realizing at first that it was 2 hours away, I contacted "Livin' Style Furniture" on-line. Daman replied within hours and and offered some great suggestions. In the end, I purchased the Aztec sofa. All of our transaction was done on-line. Daman made it easy and un-complicated. Not only did Daman keep in touch to update us on delivery dates, he ended up delivering the sofa HIMSELF!!!......on a SUNDAY!!!......DRIVING 2 HOURS!!! That is what I call exceptional customer service above and beyond. Daman and his co-worker carried the sofa into our downstairs family room, set it up and showed me how to expand it into a bed etc. He made sure I knew how to expand and collapse the bed before he left. I highly recommend buying from Livin' Style Furniture. They really seem to focus on customer satisfaction. Thanks Daman!

Absolutely terrible customer service. No greeting while entering the store. One employee had her whole family in there, sitting on all the furniture while the kids were running around and she just sat there talking with them the whole time. The other just stayed working on the computer at cash. After 20 minutes, I had found a couch I was interested in purchasing. I went to request help and the employee told me she would be with me in a couple minutes. 25 minutes later still no help and the one employee continued to just have a casual conversation with family members. I left the store when both employee just walked to the back without saying anything. I recommend Ashley Furniture across from the store in the same plaza.

Anita was amazing, she took her time to make sure we left happy :) The manager was also super nice and we were very happy with our purchase!!
