Furniture

Great service, from start to finish! We had been looking everywhere in KW for a bed, and the prices around the tri cities are insanely inflated. This place had a great price, and friendly service. reccomend!

The showroom is STUNNING. Beautiful contemporary furniture, and very different look and feel than any other store I've come across in the K/W region.

delivered a 4000$ couch, laying upside down, unwrapped on a muddy truck. Then one of the delivery men wanted to fight over it. I don’t know how they let this couch get out the door like this completely unprofessional

WAY over priced for what this stuff is. Most of the inventory is used and the entire store is filthy and smells bad. There is a layer of dust/dirt on most of the items on the shelf. How do you justify charging almost full price for used items that look like they have seen better days?? I saw a dirty pair of dusty used shoes on a shelf for $60, that's ridiculous. I would not consider this store a liquidation store with great prices, more like a dirty over priced flea market, at best. It would actually be more expensive to shop here than just going to a regular store and buying brand new items that at least have decent return policies. Don't waste your time here with these absurd prices.

On behalf of Kitchener Ford, I'd like to say thanks for a great experience with Bill and his crew of installers. We had a large install and it was seamless with their help. Great Job!

Paul and the team made a beautiful barn door for us. It separates my wife's home business from the rest of the house. Its awesome.

The employees at this store go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want at a reasonable price! You get a warm welcome. The store is properly organized and always clean. You are always a priority. Your request are properly heard and the employees will go out of their way to get you what you want. The owner works hard and it shows! If you want to find furniture/home appliances in a clean, organized and properly priced store then I suggest coming here! You will have a peaceful shopping experience. I extremely suggest a visit. :)

Friendly helpful staff.

This place is amazing! Great prices on everything. The furniture is beautiful and some items you wouldnt guess the price..everything looks like it should be wayy more expensive. I will continue shopping here for all my household needs.:)

Great choice

Excellent pieces, excellent prices, excellent service! Everything is from a smoke-free home!

We recently purchased some furniture from Schreiter's and the process could not have been more pleasant. The staff was very helpful but not pushy or aggressive. Their inventory was quite interesting and fairly priced. During our visit, we noticed a line of floor lamps one of which we had purchased elsewhere many years ago. We mentioned that ours no longer worked and they offered to send it back to the manufacturer for an overhaul. A month or so later, we got a call from Paul Schreiter to say the light was back, was repaired and there was no charge. We will be looking for a new sofa in the near future and there will be no doubt as to where we will be shopping.

Great selection excellent taste and don't expect to lay brick or leons prices. Premium quality and outstanding product and service.

We noticed Up Country had opened in Kitchener (near Costco) a few weeks ago and popped in to have a look around. We met Ashton and Aimee who were super positive and helpful. What an eclectic (and obviously high-quality) selection of furniture. Nothing comes close to it in our area. Prices are very fair and some good discounts available too. Excellent value all around. Today, we went back to check out an accent chair we saw on our first visit. Ashton remembered us and again was so charming and professional. We bought the Avalon Swivel Chair (foreground) in citrine (very attractive colour, great design) and wow does it fit in! We highly recommend Up Country. Excellent designs, convenient parking, and exceptional customer service. Thanks again Ashton! We'll be back soon!

Dal is a pleasure to deal with. He's kind and willing to work with you to find the home furnishings you need and want. If you are looking for a great local business to purchase home furnishings from, consider Dal's!

I love the Urban Barn! I always find unique gifts there for family and friends - and for myself! As a bonus, the service reps are always so helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. :-)
