Furniture

Excellent customer service.

Great selection of furniture you can chose from the catalogues they have and Save yourself time searching other places

Brothers Furniture is the most useless, unprofessional, and cheat company. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They lie to you over and over. Ignore calls. We have bought our furniture about 8 months ago and still have not got it. Every month we call them more than 10 times, they ignore calls once they know it's you. And when you call them with a different number or privet number, they pick up all they say is “we promise or grantee you will get it next week”. But till this day we have not got it. We were supposed to get it within 4 to 5 weeks, but it has been 8 months. We had an absolutely bad experience with them. The worst customer service ever. They are not responsible and very rude and disrespectful. Do not do any business with them.

We bought a reception desk from here a month ago and it arrived built the wrong way. I called and spoke to Luke and the team there made it right 2 weeks later with the proper desk. They made it easy to be a customer and with so much going on on a daily basis, i am so happy for that. Salon happy that when they commit to a date and time, they meet that commitment. Thank you team.

I had the BEST experience at the Vaughan location. I was immediately impressed with the exceptional customer service I received over the telephone and in person when I entered the store. Thank you again for all your assistance.

I bought dining table set from Aery imports almost 6 months back. One of the chairs broke due to manufacturing defect. They were very co-operative and replaced the chair for me. Thank you Aery Imports.

I love everything in this store! Great service too. Employees are always helpful.
