Great company with great product and customer sevice!

Adam did a marvelous job of building my new sewing centre. I just love it and find it so easy to work and very sturdy. The drawers pull out smoothly and the attention to every detail is amazing.

Very helpful staff if you have a concern they take care of it in a timely fashion

Great staff

I have had such an awful experience at Leon's in Simcoe, so I decided to go to The Brick in Simcoe. The staff was so helpful and friendly I was so surprised with the service I received. Great experience from the staff on the floor to the customer service department. Definitely will be back.

Pam and Mark are great. Always so friendly and helpful. This is our favourite home decor store. We have many wonderful pieces in our home from In House.

Excellent quality , Canadian made furniture.

Great place to find some unique items for you home.

all my experiences here were great even better with one of their sales representative Terri

Lovely shopping experience, as usual. Most associates were helpful but I met two not-so-nice associates in furniture department and self-checkout lane. These two do not belong because the rest were helpful and had good customer service skills. My overall experience was still lovely though.

I saw a coffee tale I liked, the manager said she would deliver it. She was free at 4pm to deliver. After I purchased it, eveything changed and she was no longer free as she had just put someone in a long term care facility and her car was filled up. This all changed within the hour. I ended up taking it home on my walker about three blocks. I learned a valuable lesson and I will never purchase anything there again.

Very good service I asked the lady for help with rods and she went through a lot of trouble to answer all the questions and it was very helpful I bought two rods and now I will cut it in pieces I will return because of the great service

Great service. We knew what we wanted, grabbed the staff to help us make a final decision, and everything was great overall.

Fabulous store! I love all their accessories and bedding!

There was some misunderstanding about the desk size at the time of the ordering. The issue was quickly and efficiently resolved by Vern from sales and Vish from customer service.
