Furniture

Excellent selection and quality of patio furniture. So many fabric designs to pick from, it was hard to make a decision. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and I love my patio furniture.

I began a process of renovating my condo with some anxiety and mixed feelings as this process is not one I enjoy nor have any talent in. Arlene at Burlington ON store was the first person I met on this journey and we clicked immediately. She introduced me to designer Kathryn whose ideas I loved and together we came up with a beautiful new space. They were patient and supportive throughout and the result is amazing. Very flexible about delivery times as other work needed to be done. The delivery men were professional and helpful. Great overall experience at La-Z-Boy and I will be back again Returned September 2018 for additional pieces and received great service from Arlene. Get fabulous comments on my home and I credit La-Z-Boy with design.

We recently ordered replacement office furniture through Derryl at Source Office Furniture Burlington. The website was amazingly easy to use and Derryl made our experience fantastic and hassle free. The furniture arrived, was installed and we are extremely satisfied with the whole process. The furniture looks amazing. Thanks to everyone at Source! Great Job. Well Done. (P.S. - the prices are fantastic)

Furniture was crowded. I walked around for 20 minutes and no one came to help me. Store was empty. Not sure how you stay in business with service like that.

We have had the best experience with Nestled in Burlington. The customer service is unparalleled - Cindy and the team ALWAYS remembered us at our visits, and even remembered what we ordered in the past! Their suggestions and insights into their products was so invaluable - it was always an honest and helpful conversation that led us to buying some beautiful items for our nursery. Buying environmentally friendly and high quality items was important to us, and Nestled had exactly what we were looking for. I cannot thank the team enough for the fantastic experience we've had with them...the whole process can feel very overwhelming, but with such a caring and helpful staff, we navigated through and our nursery has come together perfectly. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

(Review by Lina Contasti) The new Bad Boys on Fairview is amazing! I highly recommend checking them out for deals on appliances and furniture. Great location, great customer assistance, and great delivery and removal services. I have nooooooo-thing bad to say. Thanks to everyone who helped with my new fridge!

Great prices for good quality furniture. Bought a dining table and a bed set and our customer service rep Lina was exceptionally helpful. She gave us space to make our decisions and didn't push us to make a sale. Would definitely go back.

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff, great products.

Very happy with my purchase.

I can attest to that...I’ve known him for 54 years.

Truly a pleasure working with a professional like Heidi Speck. Her years as an interior designer and builder have given her the experience to make informed decisions about what to place where. Always great service.

Great selection and prices, friendly staff.

Great prices great selection!

Attentive and knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices for quality furniture.

I am very happy with my purchase I made at the grand re-opening event. I purchased a new mattress and sectional. Ram, the sales associate was very helpful and provided great support through the process. I was originally looking else where but he was very easy to work with and answered all my questions. I texted him and even on his day off he took the time to make sure a concern I had was dealt with! Thank you again for the great service and overall buying experience. Also the sales manager was very responsive as well and provided a great second level of sales support. Thank you again to the whole team at the Brick Burlington.
