This is great place to shop for those who have little to no credit such as myself the men are polite and very help full and it's a happy place to walk in. I have been a costumer for over 5 years and as of today another year lol

Pricey. But fun

If I could give this business zero stars I would. I consider it unfortunate to have to place a negative review of a local business but feel I must share my experience to warn other potential customers. Do not deal with this company! They accepted $1000 payment towards an awning for our business and never returned to do the work despite making numerous promises and appointments that they never showed up for. They refused to refund our money and even tried to deny they had taken the payment in the first place! Working with this company has been an absolute nightmare. I have never experienced such poor service and unscrupulous business practices before. Shame on this company!

Bough 2 sets of duvet aparently they where like $800 dollars each set on sale for over $200. They are the worse sheets quality ever. They wrinkle so much you have to iron them. They pretent they are good quality but they are not. I will nevet buy there again.

Purchased a table made in Canada. Most of what I saw at other places was imported. Price was very reasonable and I got the size that fits perfect.

The guys at Distinct Furniture did a superb job. We had a 15 year old sofa and two chairs that we loved but were stained and looked tired. They put new fabric and they look like new! So glad we didn't take them to the sidewalk!

A typical IKEA, large, spacious, friendly staff. Lower level parking can be an issue but there seems to be multi-level parking available. If you need to park in the pickup area then good luck. There was some sort of construction in the area that reduces the already small area even further. It gets pretty busy there as cars leaving the parking garage sometimes add to congestion. Other than that, the store is large, fairly well laid out and not overly busy on weekends.

Second time at this store buying Herman Miller Aeron chairs. Eddy was friendly and has a super positive attitude.

Have purchased furniture from here multiple times in the past and its always been a great experience. Frank is a very knowledgable person that works out the best deals.

Great value for the money. They are fast, good and very attentive. It's my 3rd time back. Walk in, no appointment, served without much waiting.

Sales staff is nicer here compared to the Liberty Village location. It feels a bit more cramped in this Uptown space though. They have 2 floors - up top is more for bedroom and the lower level is more living room items.
