Friendly Staff...luxurious furnitures...however unsatisfied with the delivery...

I love this place so much! New stuff all the time, excellent prices and selection. The staff are super accommodating. I've dropped way too much money in there, but my house is looking gorgeous! Highly recommend!

West Coast Kids has the best customer service, bar none. I have been shopping at WCK since 2015, and I have been a customer at their Edmonton location, Winnipeg locations and I continue to order online from Quebec! Sunshine, goes above and beyond to help out the customers, she is friendly, generous with her time and incredibly knowledgeable on all the products sold at WCK! I recently had a an issue with a defect on my Uppababy Stroller, so I contacted Sunshine at the Kenaston location, and with no exaggeration Sunshine immediately made a claim to Uppababy on my behalf, and I received the new parts at my doorstep in less than 48 hours! Sunshine, you’re the best and I hope the owners at WCK know what a great asset you are to their team! Please open a location in Montreal!

Worst service at McPhillips Canadian Tire. I will not be returning, worst service. Online ordering is suppose to be quick and easy, my experience at this location wasn't quick nor easy. I spent more time waiting only for them to bring me a used product, with mud still on the item. 40 mins later I finally got my item and refused them my service, got a refund and ordered through Amazon.

Right from walking in the door we had a good experience. We had planned to check out other stores but found that we didn't need to. From the customer service, to the product, it was all really good.

Went in to use the copier service. Had some issues using my card. Csr was great. Got things straightened out and help get my printing job finished.

Prices here are always good. The food is fine. The quality of everything they sell is very good. Just be sure to build it yourself unless you feel like spending a bunch of money. You'll need a truck or SUV to take the majority of the furniture home. Or you can have them deliver it.

I had a great experience from start to finish with Contessa. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, their product knowledge was impressive as well. The staff and the owner himself bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with our purchases. All the products they carry are top quality. I'd recommend contessa to all my friends and family.
