Furniture

Its the worst customer service I've ever seen any company give to their customers. around 2 months ago I put on hold several furniture's, but one of the furniture was not in stock and therefore we could not make the full purchase and around a month later they called us and said that the table is in stock and that we can come and purchase all the furniture at once. we did and our furniture was on hold for 30 days and a week before the 30 days hold we called Structube to make a delivery date and they said that our 6 chairs for the dining table is not available, when it was clearly available when they called us 2 weeks ago and said everything is in stock and which we made the purchase. This was absolutely disappointing and made us very unhappy with how they handled our order. They told us that the chairs would be available in 2 weeks approximately and we said that we don't want to pay for 2 delivery days. The staff kept on saying that there is nothing we can do for you several times not taking responsibility for their mistake at all. We asked them if they would offer a free delivery for the 6 chairs but they only offered us half the delivery payment, which is honestly completely unfair as it was a complete mistake on their part on mishandling 6 chairs in our order. The staff and manager was not inclined to take any responsibility for what happened and had no good customer service at all for handling such situation. As a customer I expected more from them as they were incapable of paying for one delivery cost on a mistake that is clearly on their part. why would I pay for something extra that is clearly their mistake and not mine. I completely cancelled my order because of this extremely bad customer service. Never buying from Structube Shops at Don mills again!!

Excellent customer service. One of my items had broke and they were quick to replace it and very accommodating. They didn't second guess me when I said it broke in terms of whether it was my fault or not. Will definitely be purchasing from them again!

great location with lots of great sales, customer service and I will come back here to buy again for sure!

Best service. Will come again

Great service! Couch was delivered right on time and set up in minutes.

I've purchased kitchen extendable glass kitchen table and chairs recently. After checking out assortment in many furniture stores, we found a perfect set for us at Our Furniture. Thank you for offering great assortment and amazing customer service!

Manderley Fine Furniture has a great selection of Mission style furniture and related items. The staff are always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and listed to my needs. It is a very nice store and I received great design advice as well. I have purchased several pieces and items from Manderley Fine Furniture and am very happy with them.

Love my patio set, such good quality and very durable. I'm excited to buy a few more items this summer !

Boxing day sale, had my item in stock and received great service from staff👍

Great service, lower prices.

Custom Built Sectional, picked my own fabric, picked the firmness of the foam, & measured the room for the fit. So successful I had 1 made for my Florida Home. Thanks Sofa Country

Will is the best. No better customer service than backyard retreat

Where to begin...lets start with product, never have I had an issue with not being able to get any product I am looking for. As far as returns go...never an issue! Let's talk about Joan...she is amazing! Has the best customer service and personality. Every time I place an order (once or twice a month) I always get a thank you from her. Her bright sunshiny face makes my day! I really wish I knew the delivery driver's name what a sweetheart! alway's polite and helpful. I am very busy and need a company that I can count on and not have to babysit. It is always a pleasure dealing with Frid and Russell and as long as I continue to be in charge of supplies, I will always use this company....kudos to the whole company keep up the great work!!!
