Interesting, lots to see.

The Avenue Road store is small, so they have limited options on display. You also can't pick up bigger items there, they have to be delivered. This costs $90, which is excessive, and you have no date option, they robo call you with the date and give you a four-hour delivery window. There's no flexibility. I love their furniture but find their delivery options inconvenient.

This store is all about quality.

Great space for vintage Danish teak and modernist furniture and fixtures.

This is undoubtedly the best furniture store in Toronto. Cliff is extremely nice and his taste in modern furniture is perfect. I can not say anything bad about this store , i wanted to buy everything. Yes they have an $8k couch if you want one :)

Cabinet has built two different dining tables for me in the past year, and a coffee table a number of years ago. I went back to Ron Briand for the dining tables because my wife and I couldn't find what we wanted (both look and size) at retail stores or online - despite lots of searching. The truth is Cabinet is where one should start. Beautiful designs, tremendously well executed, heirloom-quality pieces. Our experience with customer service was excellent, including completing and delivering the tables when he said he would, and responding to a minor concern by going above and beyond. Cabinet receives unqualified recommendations from this very satisfied customer.

Nice to go there

5 stars for the store and the items. HOWEVER Is it just me or every time, anytime you call the store you can't speak to someone? Last time I had to call NY to get help with an item... For this particular store ($$$$), service should be impeccable. If you have a customer on the floor, excuse yourself for 1 minute, take the call, tell them you have someone on the floor, ask for a number and name, and call back!!!! At least!!!

Dawson is an insightful collaborator who brought my ideas and projects to life. Her work is stunning. I have a one-of-a-kind fence in my front yard that is the pride of my home, as well as a mobile butcher's block breakfast bar and stools in my kitchen. If you can dream it up, Dawson can design and build it. She is thoughtful, accurate and delivers what was promised on time at the agreed price.
