Furniture

Very poor customer service. They do not advise of delivery delays and do not answer their phone. Recommend not shopping here. Better save your time and money and go to IKEA.

Super cool furniture and delightful people

Love the store. Always spend more money than intended on neat stuff

Was in the store yesterday with my mom and Harpreet was amazing!!! All the staff there are super friendly and we were treated VERY well! Harpreet was able to get us the best deal!! This location sure beats any Calgary location! Staff are outstanding!

Wish I did not go here to buy my furniture. I bought a sectional for over $1500. No delivery included. Within a month the top cushion was ripping away from the sectional. Over the next year the springs started popping out. Within 2 years you could hardly sit on the sectional. I had to roll up blankets to fill in the spaces all over this couch. Then put blankets on to cover up this ridiculous way to be able to sit on it. What a total waste of $1500!! It is now in the dump. Didn't even last 3 years. Don't waste your money on this place. They sell substandard furniture at an out ragous price.

We had Eric sand and refinish a beautiful 25 year old solid oak table for us. The quality of his work is amazing! The table looks better than when it was new. A highly skilled craftsman. Highly recommended.

Amazing Furniture and Home Decor. Worth the trip!!

This was our second purchase of lazy boy furniture. We feel the quality is un matched and the in store service is fantastic. Didn’t have the sales person following you around the entire store like the brick. We will buy from lazy boy again in the future. Chris and Sarah

Shopped around relentlessly for an LG French door Fridge with ice & water in black SS. Moe was great & price matched a flyer price. Love this fridge! BTW, kudos to the Brick for upping their retail game. They used to have a bad rep years ago....

Coming out of a terrible experience with salespeople at the Brick, my wife and I checked out Structube. Now I haven't received the products that we bought there yet, so I cannot comment on delivery and product quality, but shopping there was such a great change from the high-pressure salespeople at the Brick. Casual, friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure to buy anything. Left like feeling that there is hope for the future of furniture sales. The Brick will not last long-- a dinosaur.

Love this place. So much for so little.

Just here to donate. Great and helpful staff always a pleasure to donate.

Purchased the Icarus pillows from Threads & More and I love them. Amazing quality and the red was a great accent for my living room. Highly recommended.
