Great customer service and wonderful people. We recently bought a sectional couch at the Brick. After reading a horrible review on google I was a bit thrown back. I have to say, that person was clearly having a bad day and taking it out on the wrong people. We had exceptional service here. A man named Russ, and a new manager helped us (sorry I forgot your name) Russ made us feel comfortable. Not trying to push us into buying anything we didn’t want to. Talked to us on a level of professionalism that I’ve never received. The new manager was also great! Because he was new, Russ (who’s been there for many years I’m assuming cause he’s got all the answers) was right by his side helping him to help us, with all our questions. People write bad reviews about stuff this store has no control over. Didn’t get your product deliveried to the store on time? Guess what? it comes from a wearhouse off coast. These guys aren’t out to disappoint you! Thanks for all your help with my purchases. I’ll be back for the coffee table (And the inhaler worked) THANKS RUSS.

I've tried calling 5 times in the last 2 hours.. my call keeps getting dropped in the Elton John queue it wont even go to voicemail. Nice that the Delta store was able to provide me with the details I needed. With in a minute of calling. FYI for anyone who plans on going to the Richmond store they are moving in the mall. Hence why they don't even have a message to inform their customers they are currently CLOSED. Poor management.

Good deals on furniture and decorations.

Always excellent service at the South Granville store. The friendly staff is always so welcoming and informative.

Friendly, super service from the ladies here. Always willing to help you find what you are looking for. Fax device, copy service and great color printing.

Was fun got a winter jacket & books

Great quality and very competitive prices.

Our custom coffee table from Daniel was everything we could have wanted and then some. We got a work of art that we are thrilled to have as the center piece of our living room. Daniel was totally able to hear our vision and bring it to life. He loves what he does and puts his heart and soul into it. We drove up to pick up our piece from the Lower mainland (though he can ship anything - so do not hesitate to order if you are living on the coast!) and got to see his shop and it is so evident he is an artist and craftsman who loves what he does. Highly recommend.

Looks small from the outside, but packs a lot on the inside. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Good selection of furniture and household furnishings. Sales seem to be very random with the Brick!

Everything I need in terms of gaming Accessories

Great service and was at my door in 5 minutes! Friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Couldn't be happier!

Always friendly and we all need to learn to reuse, refurbish, and understand that everything old comes back around and is new to the next generation!!!!

Showed up to get a new phone. Asked not to be offered bell, said virgin you could have. I asked if they were a bell company or connected and the sales guy told me I was wrong when I said that they were. I went with it and then near the end it was bell connected. These guys will bs you for a sale. Drive to another one or get the same stuff at Walmart or online

Real shame, beautiful Christmas decorations going to the dump, that someone could have used, guess they can not make enough profit!

Dominick was super helpful and knowledgeable
