I took my 92yr old dad , who was having issues with his expensive hearing aids he had bought back in Ontario. He was anxious to go as his experiences with a hearing aid company in Ontario was less than favourable. We where greeted by Tannis who was super friendly and patient. Some months ago after dealing with another local company I connected with Craig Carman at NexGen hearing in Duncan. I did not feel that I was getting the professional attention I wanted from his competitor in the same community. I was so impressed with Craig's approach and commitment to his work, I was sorry I didn't complete my initial purchase with him. The fact that I had purchased one hearing aid elsewhere did not deter Craig from addressing my need, which was at that point a cross hearing aid. He ordered one in for a trial and at the same time paired my original hearing aid to the cross. The hearing aid previously purchased elsewhere was not properly fitted and he, at no cost to me ordered a mould for that hearing aid. I have had no followup from the other company for many months, but Craig has seen me regularly to ensure that not only are both aids a proper fit but that they are both properly adjusted to my needs. Trish, Craig's support staff is always helpful and congenial. These two make a very professional team! I can say without reservation that Craig has provided the best service and the greatest committment to helping me. He is straight up and honest. He is a man wth integrity. NexGen is lucky to have him.

I have been looked after by Susan and her staff for 5 years now. If your looking to solve your hearing problems you really do need to have someone who will be there for the long term. They are still giving me excellent service and solving my issues to this day,

Dr. Keating is extremely knowledgable about the diagnosis and management of hearing loss and explains the options for treatment very clearly, including the effectiveness of hearing aids and the most recent advances in this very specialized area of technology. He is kind and personable, and though he obviously has a busy practice, he takes time to answer every question and never appears rushed. As someone with hearing loss, I'm very glad that he is here on Whidbey Island!

Excellent service! Winnie and her staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They made the otherwise boring experience of ear testing and hearing aid selection very enjoyable. They really care.

Exceptional service and professional attitude... Though I am fortunate enough to not personally head hearing aids I was introduced to Stuart at Lloyd Hearing Solutions several years ago when I went with my Father in Law to pick up his devices. It was then that I saw the profesilnalism and patience that Stuart provides to all his clients. Soon after this visit I started a major renovation to our home and required hearing protection during construction. it was at this time I returned to Lloyd hearing to have a hearing test and custom molds made for earplugs. Stuart took the time to identify the right type of ear plugs for my needs and took the time to ensure the molds fit properly and that I was comfortable using them. Between my partner and myself we have since ordered 5 more sets of ear plugs for various different purposes including including for sleep and listening to live music. With each set Stuart took the time to ensure a proper fit and that we were comfortable using them. Including in one case working with the manufacturer to replace a loose fitting mold. I would highly recommend Stuart at Lloyd Hearing solutions for all your hearing care needs.

I was sent over by my GP. My hearing was getting progressively worse. Gary Galandie looked in my ear and sent me to have wax removed, which did improve my hearing. I still could not hear some sounds and did not accurately hear other sounds. I was fitted with hearing aids which have improved my hearing quite a lot. Price is fair, I googled pricing. People do not notice them unless I point them out. So, I am quite satisfied.
