Bought 2 packs of batteries. 2 of them were dead! Buy hearing aid batteries from brant hearing. Much cheaper. Tried to resolve issue

Dr. O and the office staff are patient with the elderly and family. They taught me how to change the filters and check the hearing aids when my mom needed help.

At 66 I decided to have a hearing test to establish a baseline for the future. I chose a new site Watson Hearing Health and was not disappointed. Matt was very professional. Matt proceeded with the hearing exam, and afterwards reviewed the results. Good news that today I do not need any hearing devices. Although my spouse may challenge the results. I was very impressed with the new site and will continue to have annual hearing exams with Matt at Watson Hearing Health Thanks Matt

The audiologist there is very knowledgeable and kind. I purchased hearing aids there and I didn't have to spend a fortune. The hearing aids actually work. The audiologist there was very thorough. I learned that if you wait too long to get hearing aids that they might not provide the benefit you need.

I was interested in hearing aids for my grandmother and this place is the most affordable by far! Do not waste your money going to listen up.

My hearing had deteriorated so my specialist switched me from a Rexton hearing aid to a Bernafon in order to get more volume. My experience could be due to the severity of hearing loss? The Rexton was effective, and fit well, but it did not have enough volume to compensate for my present hearing loss. My experience so far with BERNAFON: FIT- POOR EXPERIENCE BY CHANNEL: CHANNEL 1: THIS IS THE ALL PURPOSE CHANNEL- FAIR - Sound static at high volume; CHANNEL 4: for TV and MUSIC - POOR - Isn't effective - static at high volume - no improvement from 1 - 1 often works better; CHANNEL 3: for BACKGROUND NOISE REDUCTION - TERRIBLE- Doesn't work - CHANNEL 2: for TELEPHONE ASSISTED HEARING - TERRIBLE - DOESN'T WORK- WORST OF ALL. ----- ALL CHANNELS produce static at high volume. Channel 1 the all purpose channel is the only effective channel. My hearing specialist has re-programmed the hearing aid to adjust to the loss on 3 to 4 occasions. I am going to do a full hearing examination with audiologists at a hearing centre to check all aspects of my hearing. I will ask for hearing aid recommendations at that time. This could still be the hearing aid I end up using.

Couldn’t be more pleased and satisfied with the product but even more so with the help, professional staff. Just wonderful!
