My mom is currently at Cawthra Gardens and everyone couldn't be nicer and more helpful! A wonderful place. The nurses, PSW's are all so friendly and helpful!

Top quality product and incredible helpful service! The hospital bed purchased was really high quality.. Due to a mistake on my part, the bed jammed accidently because I lowered it onto an object making the frame get unaligned slightly. An AgTa service person came that weekend immediately. and fixed it for free on the spot. A few days later the person who I had bought the bed for had to go to the hospital so we would not need the bed it turned out.. Vince Agovino the CEO of AG Ta was easy to contact and replied right away. He personally took matters in his own hands and refunded me the bed charging me only for rental and small processing fee, which was big releaf. He and his company could have kept all the money as the bed was all paid for, but they really cared and were wonderful. Great product and exceptional service.. no wonder the occupational therapist who found the bed for us picked this company..

By far the best experience working here as a caregiver for seniors living with Alzheimer's disease. Faryar was a great employer and supported me throughout all of my difficulties on the job. He continuously coached me when I had no idea what to do in various situations. Thank you Faryar! You truly care for families and the community and that means a lot in this day and age, when everything feels like just numbers. Will definitely work here again if the opportunity arises!

I had my 2nd semester nursing clinicals here and my pre-grad Placment as well. I felt very comfortable at Villa Leonardo everyone adresses me by my name not a "student" the staff is very friendly management smiles and the residents are wonderful the culture of the facility is great and I must say the food looked absolutely delicious.

Grandma lived here for a couple years - during visits, the nurses can be seen 'force' feeding the elders. Furthermore, there is a lack of respect, patience,and most of all - compassion from the caretakers. The environment there seems to be hectic and the nurses' frustrations and attitudes are reflected in the way they carry out their duties. The common theme of "It's hard." regarding the role of a nurse/caretaker is a poor excuse for treating someone with no mindfulness about their total well-being: psychological, emotional, and physical. There were some nurses and particular who had some inkling of kindness and compassion but those few likely know who they are.
