Kitchen staff very unfriendly on the second floor. Also, not very professional. They need some major training on customer service and professionalism.

Do not believe this. This home is a personal home and it is NOT a elderly home. This is a scam advertising . It must be shut down.

Less than impressed. Very disorganized and inconsistent. They claim to offer all kinds of services, but when requested they do not have the staff to accommodate the needs of their clients. Phone calls are not returned in a timely manner, if ever. When their is a problem the nurses rarely speak up as to not get involved, with the hopes that someone else will step in and deal with the situation. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians! I hope this post inspires changes within the agency for the next person.

I have been volunteering at the Manoir Beaconsfield for the past two years. This place is truly special and feels like home. The owners Sabrina and Andrew as well as the team are wonderfully caring and compassionate. They are going above and beyond to provide a warm, loving and comfortable environment for the residents. It is truly a little gem!

Worker uniforms look great staff is treated very fair with breaks and the head boss is very fair when new worket is not being treated fair. I love the back yard nice view fresh breeze. It like a new enchantment world
