Comfort Keepers - Senior Home Care
23 Pearl St #2a, Mississauga, Ontario, L5M 1X1, Canada
Comfort keepers is the best care giver company I have ever used. And I have tried the big names like Home Instead and Nurse Next Door. Those big names are terrible as they have gotten too big. I like Comfort Keepers because you always know who to call and even the owners go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. We also lucked out with some lovely caregivers and it is hard to please my 90 years old mother in that department! So we didn't have to keep trying caregiver after caregiver. Their service all around is excellent and, quite frankly, I would not recommend the bigger name companies. Comfort Keepers gives you a small company feel and service, even though it is not small. 5 starts all around!!

Hi All,
Hope all is well. will make my story short, tonight I had conversation with Katelyn (nurse manager for team 6 pager). I don't know why this agency is in the home nursing business it should be in morgue business the reason is this agency think the patient don't have life and have to sit at home till the nurse go and visit them if she feel it. She said the nurses should call patients one day ahead prior the visit, but if the nurse has a day off she or he will not call the patients for next day visit. Even she said indirectly if you need nursing help and assistant go to the hospital near by.
The bottom line is all of us should unite for our rights and see local MP to stop this kind of agencies to waist tax payers money.
Thank You

I have had the privilege of working with Homewatch this summer and can honestly say that as a nursing student, this experience has been the single best thing for boosting my confidence with a wide array of various clients. Saba (the CEO and owner) and Lavinder (the director of care) are two of the most selfless, caring, and understanding people I have ever met. Not only do they truly want the best for their clients, but also for every one of their employees as well which is unfortunately so rare to find. Whether you're considering becoming a client or a future employee, the Homewatch team will undoubtedly go above in beyond in accommodating your needs, and you will become part of their family very quickly.

My mother has been receiving home care from ComForcare for a few weeks now. The support has been outstanding and very much appreciated by the entire team. The co-ordination has been flawless and the Personal Support Workers have been a tremendous part of my mother's recovery from knew replacement surgery. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks ComForcare for your care and attention.

Mountainview Residence
222 Mountainview Rd N, Halton Hills, Ontario, L7G 3R2, Canada
My mother lives here. Nine days ago the only elevator for the apartment dwellers broke down and as of today they are still awaiting parts. They have kitchen staff assisting people down the stairs if necessary. Being concerned I phoned the owner of this residence, he advised me that he had a repair company in to replace a broken computer board. That did not resolve the issue and he now states that parts are coming from the U.S. which are stuck at the border. This matter should have been expedited from the start and was not. This home is very expensive and today I found out that the reason parts are coming from the U.S. is that they are cheaper there??! So my mother and other residents are literally stuck on their floors if they are unable to use stairs for e.g. a resident who requires a walker. Unacceptable!
